RXSOL Cold Flow Improver and Pourpoint Dispersant is a versatile product to improve the flow in winter (Low temperature). This also reduced risk of fuel waxing and solidification. This product reduces pour point and cold filter plugging point (CFPP), by an average of 15°C and 10°C respectively. This brings about many safety and financial benefits to the end user.

• Maintain pumpability, filterability and operability, avoiding fuel starvation and loss of propulsion
• Improve reliability of lifeboats and other emergency equipment
• Treat MGO storage tanks, may reduce or even eliminate heating requirements  

Product Application:
A distillate fuel paraffin.The paraffin  are quite large molecules and have a tendency to come together and form larger structures as the temperature drops in the fuel. The paraffin can also be referred to as wax and a fuel with high wax content will have a tendency to cause wax formation at higher temperatures. Once the wax particles have formed they are difficult to dissolve back into the fuel. The RXSOL Cold Flow Improver and Pour Point Dispersant stopped to make the particle in fuel and maintain its flow rate.
Using Procedure:
RXSOL Cold Flow Improver and Pour Point Dispersant should be dosed to the fuel tank prior to filling. The recommended dosage is one litre to one thousand litres of fuel (1:1000 or 1000 ppm). In case of poor response, dosage can be increased to one litre to five hundred litres of fuel (1:500 or 2000 ppm)

Please note: The dosing temperature should always be at least 5oC above the measured cloud point of the fuel.

Floor Cleaner ORG NEUTRASEL ( Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floors): RXSOL-13-1647-005
Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor is a biodegradable concentrated detergent that effectively neutralizes alkaline residues and removes salt and calcium deposit on floors and carpets. Its powerful deep penetrating formula can also be used as a super efficient cleaner that neutralizes the residual effects of strippers and cleaners. Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor can be used with an autoscrubber or manually with a mop.

Product Application:
ADVANTAGES

• It is biodegradable, phosphate and ammonia free and doesn%u2019t contain dangerous caustic agents.
• Removes salt and calcium deposit.
• Neutralizes the residual effects of strippers and cleaners.
• Ideal to cleans car carpets, carpets, ceramic and wood floors.
• Can be used with an auto scrubber or manually with a mop.

DIRECTIONS
FLOORS: NOTE: Polished marble and terrazzo floors should be cleaned regularly with a neutral pH cleaner. NEUTRALIZER: Dilute 1 part of Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor  with up to 40 parts of warm water. Apply with an auto scrubber or a mop and allow the solution work for 3 to 5 minutes. Suck up the residue with a mop or a water vacuum. Rinse with clean water and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before applying sealer or finish.
CLEANER-NEUTRALIZER AND SALT-REMOVER: Dilute 1 part of Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor  with up to 10 parts of warm water. Apply with an auto scrubber or a mop and allow the solution work for 8 to 10 minutes. Suck up the residue with a mop or a water vacuum. Rinse with clean water and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before applying sealer or finish.
CARPETS: NOTE: Pretest carpets for colour fastness. NEUTRALIZER FOR HIGH PH CARPET CLEANING SOLUTIONS: Dilute 1 part of Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor  with up to 20 parts of warm water. Apply the solution with a sprayer and allow the solution to work for 5 minutes. Suck up the residue with a carpet extractor and a water vacuum. Rinse with clean water and a carpet extractor or a water vacuum.
CALCIUM AND SALT REMOVER: Dilute 1 part of Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor with up to 4 parts of warm water. Removes excess deposits with rigid spatula or scraper. Apply the solution with a sprayer, saturate deposit. Allow the solution to work for 5 to 10 minutes. Absorb with a terry towel or a carpet extractor. Rinse with clean water and a carpet extractor.
NOTE: For difficult and hard to remove deposits, repeat steps 2 to 5.
