Bilge Water Flocculant is a very effective liquid treatment based on  Poly chloride to separate oil residues from bilge water. It is iron-free, and is completely safe to the environment.

Product Application:
International environmental regulations set strict rules as to the oil content in effluent water from ships. To meet these regulations, a combination of mechanical and chemical cleaning is necessary. Bilge Water Flocculant is used in combination with multistage bilge water cleaning systems that include mechanical separation of free oil, emulsion breaking, flocculation and filtration. After dosing, Bilge Water Flocculant breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering.

Using Procedure:
Dosing method
Typical dose rate: 100 – 500 ppm (0.1 – 0.5 litre/m3 of water) In a multistage bilge water cleaning system, Bilge Water Flocculant is fed undiluted through a dosage pump connected to the pressure side of the oil descaler. The floc tank is fed according to the flow of the bilge water pumped into it. The feed is adjusted in connection with the installation and normally needs no alteration. If required, dosing can also be controlled by measuring the level in the container.

Turbine Kleen 81 RX  is liquid concentrate Gas Turbine Compressor Cleaner, which is  made from surfactant and biodegradable natural enzyme based solvent chemicals. Product Application:
Using Procedure:
Recommendation dose is 1 part Turbine Kleen 81 Rx  with water in the proportion of 1 part 4 parts water. The product has a low trace analysis of inorganic impurities and, in order that the working solution applied to the compressor is equally low in such impurities. Use demineralised water as specified by the engine manufacturer, typically <11 S/cm. The volume of chemical solution needed per wash and the optimum cleaning frequency will depend upon engine size, operating environment and fouling tendency. It is recommended that a post rinse is performed to ensure that the nozzle system is cleaned and ready for next operation.
Turbine Kleen 81 Rx  solution is sprayed into the cranked or fired engine, according to the engine manufacturers' approved method, using the equipment and technique appropriate to the engine being cleaned. Allowed to soak for 20 to 30 minutes then thoroughly rinsed off at cranking speed with good quality water acceptable to the engine manufacturer The volume of solution required and the flow rate will depend on engine type. Turbine Kleen 81 Rx  can be used with dilution ration 1:2 for offline cleaning, providing a superb cleaning result for heavily fouled compressors.

Acetic acid that contains a very low amount of water (less than 1%) is called anhydrous (water-free) acetic acid or glacial acetic acid. The reason it's called glacial is because it solidifies into solid acetic acid crystals just cooler than room temperature at 16.7 °C, which ice. Removing the water from acetic acid lowers its melting point by 0.2 °C.
Glacial acetic acid may be prepared by dripping acetic acid solution over a "stalactite" of solid acetic acid (which could be considered to be frozen). Like a water glacier contains purified water, even if it's floating in the salty sea, pure acetic acid sticks to the glacial acetic acid, while impurities run off with the liquid.

Acetic Acid, Glacial is an excellent solvent for many organic compounds. Acetic acid is widely used in manufacturing either as starting material or as a solvent. In the food industry, dilute solutions are used for preparation and preservation. Because acetic acid is a weak acid, it is effective as a buffer at pH 4.75 ± 1. This buffer can be prepared by titrating acetic acid with an hydroxide or by mixing equal volumes of equimolar acetic acid and sodium acetate solutions. A well balanced blend of non-chlorinated degresol ( Having super Degreasing power ) with surfactants which eliminates  Quick evaporation rate and resulting  for Cleaningand Degreasing  of electrical equipment.It provides immediate and efficient removal with a high evaporation rate.

Product Application:
RXSOL-16-1076-025 must be used in open or  sufficiently ventilated areas. RXSOL-16-1076-025 should always be used concentrate (without mixing with other solvent.) For best results apply with either by brush, swab, or as  a fine spray using suitable hand held spray  equipment. Small components may be cleaned by brief immersion in a bath of RXSOL-16-1076-025 . Never use RXSOL-16-1076-025  on a running generator or motor.
RXSOL-16-1076-025 can be used to clean virtually all electrical equipment  & components although  is it possible it may affect some types of rubber &  plastic .  Either  remove  rubber  &  plastic  parts  from  component  or test on small area for any reaction before cleaning.

RXSOL Chemical Company developed this molecular cement dissolver as an alternative to using hazardous acids for concrete removal. Back-Set is a one-of-a-kind formula. It uses an active ingredient found in molasses  syrup, and is completely biodegradable. RXSOL turned this vulnerability into an opportunity. ‘Back-Set’ safely removes hardened concrete from a variety of difficult to clean surfaces. It break down the ionic bond in portland cement, releasing the cement from any surface to which it has adhered.
Chemically speaking, Back-Set converts the positive ions in the hardened matrix into negative ions, which dissolves the cement into mud that can be rinsed away. Because it works chemically, rather than mechanically, Back-Set may be used to remove cured concrete, mortar, grout, and stucco from virtually any surface without harm.

Dissolves the cement into MUD
USING PROCEDURE
The hardened concrete is saturated with Back-Set, either with a brush or by spraying. After 15-20 minutes, the area is again saturated with the chemical. The concrete typically begins to soften in 20-30 minutes, and can be rinsed off with water.
The decomposition of the concrete depends on the porosity of the cement paste and solubility materials of the concrete. Insoluble may precipitate in the voids and can slow down the reaction due to their low solubility, inhibit the attack by blocking the pathways within the concrete such as interconnected cracks, voids and porosity. Flushing with water time to time in between reaction is very damaging to concrete as it accelerate dissolving and reaction attack towards deposition.
