Electrosol QD Its rapid evaporation rate with super degreasing action enables it to be used for cleaning and degreasing of electrical equipment,motor winding etc. RXSOL-16-1091-025 is a well balanced blend of non – chlorinated degresol, having super digressing power with surfactants.

Using Procedure:

Small components may be cleaned by brief immersion in a bath of RXSOL-16-1091-025.  Never use RXSOL-16-1091-025  on a running generator or motor. RXSOL Chemical Company developed this molecular cement dissolver as an alternative to using hazardous acids for concrete removal. Back-Set is a one-of-a-kind formula. It uses an active ingredient found in molasses  syrup, and is completely biodegradable. RXSOL turned this vulnerability into an opportunity. ‘Back-Set’ safely removes hardened concrete from a variety of difficult to clean surfaces. It break down the ionic bond in portland cement, releasing the cement from any surface to which it has adhered.
Chemically speaking, Back-Set converts the positive ions in the hardened matrix into negative ions, which dissolves the cement into mud that can be rinsed away. Because it works chemically, rather than mechanically, Back-Set may be used to remove cured concrete, mortar, grout, and stucco from virtually any surface without harm.

USING PROCEDURE
The hardened concrete is saturated with Back-Set, either with a brush or by spraying. After 15-20 minutes, the area is again saturated with the chemical. The concrete typically begins to soften in 20-30 minutes, and can be rinsed off with water.
The decomposition of the concrete depends on the porosity of the cement paste and solubility materials of the concrete. Insoluble may precipitate in the voids and can slow down the reaction due to their low solubility, inhibit the attack by blocking the pathways within the concrete such as interconnected cracks, voids and porosity. Flushing with water time to time in between reaction is very damaging to concrete as it accelerate dissolving and reaction attack towards deposition.

Soda lime is a mixture of NaOH & CaO chemicals, used in granular form in closed breathing environments, such as general anaesthesia, submarines, rebreathers and recompression chambers, to remove carbon dioxide from breathing gases to prevent CO2 retention and carbon dioxide poisoning.When CO2 reacts with soda lime, heat and water are formed, and pH changes. The latter causes the indicator contained in soda lime to change color (typically from white to pink), indicating that the absorbent is near the point of exhaustion.

Product Application:

• The wide range of recipes makes sure that anesthesia devices with re breathing systems or closed-circuit diving and breathing apparatus function optimally for their specific application and according to the latest  technology. The production sequence is basically the same for all lines and all recipes. Highly reactive and pure white lime is exclusively used for the starting material.
• Additional chemicals, for example  Free soda lime, which was developed for use in anaesthesia, prevent the formation of unwanted decomposition products, which can occur in contact with standard halogenated inhalation anaesthetics particularly in low and minimal flow anaesthesia.
• These recipes also include an indicator to show when the CO2 has dissolved in the water of the soda lime and formed carbonic acid. The pH value changes from basic to acidic, causing the previously white - coloured indicator to turn distinctly violet. This provides a clearly visible signal indicating that it is time to change the absorber.

• Soda lime is a key element in a re breathing circuit. As with most anesthesia equipment, inappropriate use can be harmful, or even lethal, for the patient. Capnography is the only way to make sure the soda lime is functional. The other methods only suggest that the soda lime needs to be changed, but they are not reliable. It is therefore imperative to consider all those methods when using soda lime.

AUTO WASH RINSE AIDS: This product has been formulated to achieve sparkling spot and streak-free dishes, glasses and silverware and to go one step further. Often with un softened and non-deionized rinse water it is impossible to get spot-free dishes and glasses. This product controls the hardness and total dissolved solids of this water to yield consistently excellent results. Also it controls the scale buildup in the rinse tank of conveyor and flight type machines.
This product is completely safe to use. Its brilliant magenta color clearly indicates the flow of fluid to the pump when priming and the level in displacement Injectors. Due to the level of active ingredients, this product may be diluted to very economical levels of use, yet still render exceptional performance. Even in the worst water, glasses and dishes dry film and spot-free.
Often overlooked is an injector fluid's ability to dry dishes fast. This is a must in volume dish wash operations. This product when used as directed dries dishes, glasses and utensils quickly allowing them to be put back in service without delay. This fluid is completely homogeneous to provide consistent rinse action. It is also non-corrosive to sensitive Injector components such as rubber seals, metering valves, etc.

Product Application:
Pilot Bottle–Type Injector:Make sure bottle is clean. Fill bottle with fluid. Adjust to approximately (1 ounce to 8 gallons water) 1 part per thousand 'use dilution'. Cycle machine and run dishes through. Check drainage. Adjust until no water breaks appear on dishes. An ‘orange I peel’ pattern from water drying off of dishes is best.  Hydraulic and Electric Rinse Pumps-insert feed tube into shipping container and cycle rinse to prime or it pump has prime switch activate to prime. Adjust metering value or pump stroke to deliver (1 ounce to 8 gallons water)  1 part per thousand 'use dilution'. Cycle machine and run dishes through. Check drainage. Adjust until no water breaks appear on dishes. Note:  For best results, rinse water should always be between 180°F-190°F. Also if proper rinsing and drying is not achieved, check rinse nozzles for correct pattern and quantity of rinse.
CAR WASH RINSE ADDITIVE:  Add to rinse water at the rate of 1 to 2 ounces per 8 to 12 gallons of water.  Adjust to proper sheeting action. Car will air dry without spots including windows.

Using Procedure:
Recommended tank-cleaning procedure for removing stains from tank linings using RXSOL FILM Cleaner (TR-TA) Blue.

• Mix solutions of RXSOL FILM Cleaner (TR-TA) Blue either in tank bottom or void space.
• Dilution rate with water between 0.1 % and 2 % at the spray head (10 % in the metering tank). When dealing with stubborn dirt, it is recommended to spray with a higher concentration of RXSOL FILM Cleaner (TR-TA) Blue  to a maximum of 10 % at the spray head.
• Do not use the entire quantity of RXSOL FILM Cleaner (TR-TA) Blue in one solution for all tanks to be cleaned. Save a few drums (2 – 3) to boost  the solution for cleaning the last 20 % – 25 % of the tanks to be cleaned.
• The solution may be used at ambient temperature, however, it is suggested that an increase of the cleaning temperature to maximum 80 °C will enhance the cleaning ability and shorten the cleaning time.
• Proceed to recycle the cleaning solution through the tank washing system for a period of two hours minimum
• per machine drop. Usually a cleaning time of 4 hours per
• tank will prove sufficient.
• At completion of chemical application begin washing down with water, using maximum pressure available.
• Inspect tank surfaces and if there remain some stains, spot clean with undiluted RXSOL FILM Cleaner (TR-TA) Blue directly on the stained area. Allow a reaction time of 30 minutes and then rinse with water. General cleaning without high pressure equipment: Dilute RXSOL FILM Cleaner (TR-TA) Blue depending on the type and amount of contamination with cold or hot water 1:3 till 1:200 (maximum% solution). Clean with the aid of a bristle, a sponge or clothes. Rinse with water.

Use 0.5 kg. RXSOL TC 1001 semi solid gel  to  5 ltrs Of  RXSOL-41-1012 , mixture becomes gel  , which can be applied on heavy deposited vertical area for  20-30 minutes , then finally  Rinse with high pressure water for removal of  solid soils.

This product will quickly remove oxidation and road film without agitation, it brightens surfaces uniformly.  This is a heavy duty acid-based product made especially for industrial and institutional use only.  This product should be use by trained personnel only.  This product requires no brushing or rubbing to clean surfaces.  This product works well to  clean grime off wheels and extremely dirty truck frames.

Product Application:
This concentrated cleaner may be diluted with one hundred parts water, depending on the condition of the surface to be cleaned.  Extremely severe conditions may allow only a 10 to 1 dilution.  Brush or spray solution on surface to be cleaned, working from the bottom up.  Allow to remain wet for three to five minutes then high pressure rinse thoroughly.  Use plastic pails or automatic injectors for mixing or applying solutions.  Always test on hot surfaces.

ATTENTION:
If product must be used near glass, cover glass with oil first. However, user does so at own risk. This product will etch glass.Do not mix this cleaner with any other cleaners. Do not use on polished aluminum.

A highly concentrated liquid cleaning formulation containing wetting agents, detergents, and water conditioners for fast penetration and break-up of accumulated soil and grime. Safe guards both truck and car finishes. Will not streak or dull waxed surfaces.  Completely safe on all finishes, chrome, rubber, glass, plastics, metal, and aluminum. Will not deteriorate moldings around windshields and doors. Contains no harmful alkalis or solvents.

Product Application:
For light duty cleaning, use 1/4 oz. per gallon of water. For heavy-duty truck washing, use 1 to 2 oz. per gallon of water.  For use in a air injected foaming brush use, 2 oz. per gallon of water.  Apply to surface with wash mitt or soft brush covering the entire surface then rinse with clear cool water
