It is a colorless crystal or white powder and is obtained when Calcium oxide (called lime or quicklime) is mixed, or "slaked" with water. Using Procedure:

Use 0.5 kg. RXSOL TC 1001 semi solid gel to 5 ltrs Of RXSOL-41-1012 , mixture becomes gel , which can be applied on heavy deposited vertical area for 20-30 minutes , then finally Rinse with high pressure water for removal of solid soils.

This product will quickly remove oxidation and road film without agitation, it brightens surfaces uniformly. This is a heavy duty acid-based product made especially for industrial and institutional use only. This product should be use by trained personnel only. This product requires no brushing or rubbing to clean surfaces. This product works well to clean grime off wheels and extremely dirty truck frames.
Product Application:
This concentrated cleaner may be diluted with one hundred parts water, depending on the condition of the surface to be cleaned. Extremely severe conditions may allow only a 10 to 1 dilution. Brush or spray solution on surface to be cleaned, working from the bottom up. Allow to remain wet for three to five minutes then high pressure rinse thoroughly. Use plastic pails or automatic injectors for mixing or applying solutions. Always test on hot surfaces.

ATTENTION:
If product must be used near glass, cover glass with oil first. However, user does so at own risk. This product will etch glass.Do not mix this cleaner with any other cleaners. Do not use on polished aluminum.

A highly concentrated liquid cleaning formulation containing wetting agents, detergents, and water conditioners for fast penetration and break-up of accumulated soil and grime. Safe guards both truck and car finishes. Will not streak or dull waxed surfaces. Completely safe on all finishes, chrome, rubber, glass, plastics, metal, and aluminum. Will not deteriorate moldings around windshields and doors. Contains no harmful alkalis or solvents.
Product Application:
For light duty cleaning, use 1/4 oz. per gallon of water. For heavy-duty truck washing, use 1 to 2 oz. per gallon of water. For use in a air injected foaming brush use, 2 oz. per gallon of water. Windshield washer solvent is formulated to be used as an automotive and truck windshield washing cleaner. This windshield washer fluid concentrate is to be diluted with water prior to use. Special ingredients remove road film, salt residue, and insects. Windshields sparkle, and will not streak when wipers are used. This product may also be used to polish chrome on automobiles. This car windshield cleaner maybe diluted 1 part concentrate to 10 parts water in winter months to resist freezing. See use dilution chart for dilution ratio to be used in automobile reservoir according to temperature protection desired. Windshield washer antifreeze concentrate is a space and money saver product.

Soda lime is a mixture of NaOH & CaO chemicals, used in granular form in closed breathing environments, such as general anaesthesia, submarines, rebreathers and recompression chambers, to remove carbon dioxide from breathing gases to prevent CO2 retention and carbon dioxide poisoning.When CO2 reacts with soda lime, heat and water are formed, and pH changes. The latter causes the indicator contained in soda lime to change color (typically from white to pink), indicating that the absorbent is near the point of exhaustion.

Rinse-Aid Makes Autos Dry Quick without Water Spot : RXSOL-41-4106-025
AUTO WASH RINSE AIDS: This product has been formulated to achieve sparkling spot and streak-free dishes, glasses and silverware and to go one step further. Often with un softened and non-deionized rinse water it is impossible to get spot-free dishes and glasses. This product controls the hardness and total dissolved solids of this water to yield consistently excellent results. Also it controls the scale buildup in the rinse tank of conveyor and flight type machines.
This product is completely safe to use. Its brilliant magenta color clearly indicates the flow of fluid to the pump when priming and the level in displacement Injectors. Due to the level of active ingredients, this product may be diluted to very economical levels of use, yet still render exceptional performance. Even in the worst water, glasses and dishes dry film and spot-free.
Often overlooked is an injector fluid's ability to dry dishes fast. This is a must in volume dish wash operations. This product when used as directed dries dishes, glasses and utensils quickly allowing them to be put back in service without delay. This fluid is completely homogeneous to provide consistent rinse action. It is also non-corrosive to sensitive Injector components such as rubber seals, metering valves, etc.
Product Application:
Pilot Bottle–Type Injector:Make sure bottle is clean. Fill bottle with fluid. Adjust to approximately (1 ounce to 8 gallons water) 1 part per thousand 'use dilution'. Cycle machine and run dishes through. Check drainage. Adjust until no water breaks appear on dishes. An ‘orange I peel’ pattern from water drying off of dishes is best. Hydraulic and Electric Rinse Pumps-insert feed tube into shipping container and cycle rinse to prime or it pump has prime switch activate to prime. Adjust metering value or pump stroke to deliver (1 ounce to 8 gallons water) 1 part per thousand 'use dilution'. Cycle machine and run dishes through. Check drainage. Adjust until no water breaks appear on dishes. Note: For best results, rinse water should always be between 180°F-190°F. Also if proper rinsing and drying is not achieved, check rinse nozzles for correct pattern and quantity of rinse.
CAR WASH RINSE ADDITIVE: Add to rinse water at the rate of 1 to 2 ounces per 8 to 12 gallons of water. Adjust to proper sheeting action. Car will air dry without spots including windows.

Prism Foaming Rainbow Wax :RXSOL-41-4105-025
This foaming concentrated wax is used before the final rinse cycle of automatic car washes. This product will produce a rich colored foam wax when used through a foam generating rinse arch. Prism is non-staining and may be used on any color automobile. Prism contains high foaming surfactants and finish protectors. Prism makes water run off the finish for faster spot-free drying, and helps to resist further soiling to keep the paint and chrome finish looking better, longer. This highly concentrated product gives the gloss appearance the customer desires in a convenient economical form. Prism contains a bubblegum fragrance when applied to auto finish leaves a nice fragrance in the wash tunnel.
Product Application:
Directions: Dilute Prism with 10 - 30 parts soft water. Run this diluted solution into the air generating arch that applies the rinse and wax additive.Be sure to apply to a clean surface to allow the protective coating to adhere to the automotive surface.

Clothing Cleaner VOLC INDUSTRIAL :RXSOL-41-8619-025
The unique VOLC-8619 formula removes oil, grease, resin and preserves colors and makes the clothes feel nice and soft again. All Industrial players using resin / oil / grease / heavy grime know the feeling of dirtyness and rigidness of clothes. This product is very usefull for cleaning of such cloth.
Product Application:
Always wash your clothes at the highest temperature allowed. To remove fresh resin, wash your clothes as usual along with 0,5 litres of VOLC-8619. To remove old or very dirty resin, soak your garments for 24 hours prior to machine washing. Apply 0,5 liters Dip Clean per 10 liters of hot water. Afterwards you can wash your clothes as usual.
Using Procedure:
Recommended dose for dissolving resin in textiles Domestic washing machine: 0.5 litre of textile cleaner Industrial-scale washing machine: 1 litre of textile cleaner Wash the clothing at the highest possible stated temperature. It is recommended that heavily soiled clothing is pre-soaked for 24 hours. To do this, add 0.5 litre of cleaner to each 10 litres of hot water. Then wash the textiles as usual in the washing machine.
