Seacleaner is strong degreaser and tank cleaner for all types of petroleum and aromatic based compound. RXSOL brand seaclean differs from other as it contains Rice Bran based long chain emulsifier along with other emulsifier which is used in general common brand in market. Due to presence of long chain emulsifier petroleum derivatives are not only quickly degreasing from surface but also easily mixed and dissolved into water, which results less hydrocarbon traces on tank surface.
RXSOL Seacleaner is a premium quality product specially formulated for cleaning oily greasy surfaces of tanks.  to emulsify all types of oils using hot or cold processes. Product Application:
RXSOL seaclean is formulated for cleaning double bottom, deep and wing tanks used for petroleum fuel oils. Aromatic chain compounds have special features and its chain bonding in molecules are very strong, so its cleaning always requires a special type of cleaner.
Our team is continuously working on daily problems faced by customers, and observed that after using SEA Clean all oil base compounds are emulsified and cleaned out. But if tanks / vessels are required complete removal of hydrocarbon even traces, smell from tank surface then repetition of tank cleaning through RXSOL-16-1011-210 .

Using Procedure:
Directions for Use and Dose Rates: RXSOL-20-2002-025 is  specially formulated for cleaning double bottom, deep and wing tanks etc, used for fuel oils. It can also be used for local cleaning and degreasing of engine rooms and on deck.
Soak Method: for heavy soil put parts into undiluted RXSOL-20-2002-025, for general soiling use a solution of 10-30% RXSOL-20-2002-025 in water. Parts should be soaked for at least 30 minutes before washing off with water.
Spraying Method: Use neat RXSOL-20-2002-025 over all soiled areas. Allow 10-20 minutes for reaction , then rinse with a high pressure water hose., Scrubbing will assist the cleaning operation  for stubborn deposits.
Rock and Roll Method: Recommended time to clean and gas-free under normal circumstances would be 3-6 days ,for cleaning of double bottom tanks at sea.

• First of all  heat the remaining oil in tanks .
• By stripping constantly. flush the tank with sea water,
• Close  all suction and discharge valves .
• 1stDose  Fill the tanks by ½ to 1 litre RXSOL-20-2002-025 per ton of water  through a pipe or manhole, for 75-80% of capacity of the tank to be cleaned.
• Then fill the tank to 25% capacity with sea water, raise the temperature up to 60°C maximum, and maintain this  temperature for 24 hours.
• Top up the tank to 75-80% capacity with sea water, continue to heat for 48 to 72 hours.
• Discharge and strip tank. Fill to 50-60% capacity with sea water and allow 2 hours rinsing time.
• Discharge tank and strip, flushing tank with sea water for 2 hours,stripping continuously. When completed, inspect the tank to ascertain if second cleaning is required. If so:
• For completion add a second dose of RXSOL-20-2002-025, fill the tank with sea water 75-80% capacity and raise the temperature to 60°C maximum. Maintain this for 48 to 72 hours. And recirculate the solution .
• Discharge and strip tank, flush with sea water, stripping continuously for 2 hours.
• To gas-free, fill tank with sea water to overflow through vents and sounding pipes, discharge and strip completely

Product Note:
Use Hand Gloves, Goggles and safety mask before using in Tank. Keep the container tightly closed and away from direct heat, fire and sunlight.

OIL-SPILLS-AT-SEA                                                                                                          
RXSOL-17-1012-020   is used for  direct spraying to clean up oil spills at sea . It  can  be  applied  by hand spray, work boats with  mounted  spray booms , or  fire  hoses  with  injectors. Allow  some  time  for  the  oil to absorb the RXSOL-17-1012-020 &  then  disperse  mixture   by vigorous   agitation   using   Fire   hoses ,   Ship's propeller, Breaker boards towed  behind work boats , etc .

OIL-ON-BEACHES-AND-SHORE-LINE
RXSOL-17-1012-020  should  be applied  neat by spraying over oiled areas. Allow time for the oil to  absorb  the DISPERSANT then follow by washing down the beach or rocks, etc. The treatment  rate  depends on the  nature  and  thickness of  the oil spill, also on  the age and condition. Under conditions where it is  a  thin slick of oil, 1 litre of  RXSOL-17-1012-020 is enough to treat approximately 20-30 Sq.M of oil. In many cases, several applications  may be necessary. ( Depends on the size of contamination in the affected area )

OIL-SPILL-ON-DECK
Remove as much of the oil as possible, then spray RXSOL-17-1012-020 over the area covered by the oil  &  allow some time for it to be absorbed. Disperse the mixture with water by means of a fire hose Depending on type of oil it may be necessary to use several applications.

Safe Acid Descalex Liquid 25 Ltr : RXSOL-54-1048-025
Scales are very damaging to the boiler because they interfere with the heat transfer and can lead to overheating and eventually, boiler rupture , To increase usable life of cleaned equipment , it is a safe and effective way to remove scale deposits from all types of water-cooled and water-heated equipment. This descaler specifically formulated and developed to rapidly clean mineral scale from passages in water-cooled or heated equipment. It improves Plant Efficiency, Lowers Cost, Conserves Energy, Decreases Down-Time.

Product Application:
RXSOL-54-1048-025  is mixed with fresh water 3 to 20 percent depending on deposition of scaling.
If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all clean the system with degreaser  RXSOL-10-1005. RXSOL-54-1048-025 should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 10-30%, depending on the extent of scaling. After using RXSOL-54-1048-0250 ,  
PRECAUTION :::it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of  RXSO-20-2005  in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces.

Procedure-of-use: The most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation.In the case of small components,the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease or sludge, then pre-cleaning with DEGREASER ( RXSOL OB 1005 ) is necessary. Depending on the extent of scaling, use a solution of 2.5-10% RXSOL-54-1008-025 . The solution will have a red colour which changes to orange when 85% of the acid has been neutralized , & to colourless  when the solution is totally neutralized. Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 60°C.Neutralised  solutions can be re-activated by adding more RXSOL-54-1008-025  until the red colour reappears. This should not be done more than twice. RXSOL-54-1008-025  should not be used on Aluminium , Zinc, Tin or Galvanized surfaces.

Fields: Descaling of  Boilers, Descaling  of Diesel Engine Cooling Systems, Condenser, Pipeline collection system, Evaporators, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers,The strength of the acid can be enhanced by adding 1part sodium chloride (common salt) to 20 parts of Descalex.If salt is not available, an acceptable alternative is to dissolve RXSOL-54-1008-025  in sea water. After use of RXSOL-54-1008-025  a  0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh  water should be used for neutralization.

After using  RXSOL-54-1048-025, sense all metal surfaces with 0.5 percent of  RXSOL-10-1005, at least 2-4 hour , up to neutral of PH value.

Using Procedure:
The most effective RXSOL-16-1008-210, Descaling Liquid is accomplished by circulation for large systems or components. In the case of small components, the soak method in an immersion bath can be used.

Dirt in tubes of seawater side
White scales attached on the seawater side of air coolers of many vessels. We found that in most cases, the main component of the scales is calcium carbonate and there is also a small amount of calcium sulfate. Therefore in most cases, if you dissolve the calcium carbonate the scales will be removed.
However, if the amount of scales is large enough to block the tube, the cylindrical scale will usually have calcium carbonate on the outside (the side that is in contact with the tube) and calcium sulfate in the center (part that seawater passes through). Calcium sulfate is easier to form when the temperature goes higher.
When the amount of scales increases, the contact area of scale and cleaner is very small and a longer time of dissolution is required. Calcium sulfate cannot be dissolved by an acid cleaner.
RXSOL-54-1048-020 is a powerful dissolving agent of calcium carbonate. Therefore, it is better to use RXSOL-54-1048-020  to do circulating cleaning at an early stage before the scales build up and block the tube, or regular cleaning is recommended as well. It is impossible to do a circulating cleaning when the tube is completely blocked.
Scales are very damaging to the boiler because they interfere with the heat transfer and can lead to overheating and eventually, boiler rupture , To increase usable life of cleaned equipment , it is a safe and effective way to remove scale deposits from all types of water-cooled and water-heated equipment. This descaler specifically formulated and developed to rapidly clean mineral scale from passages in water-cooled or heated equipment. Product Application:
RXSOL-54-1048-020  is mixed with fresh water 3 to 20 percent depending on deposition of scaling.
If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all clean the system with degreaser  RXSOL-10-1005. RXSOL-54-1048-020 should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 10-30%, depending on the extent of scaling. After using RXSOL-54-1048-020 ,  

PRECAUTION : it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of  RXSO-20-2005  in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces.

Procedure-of-use: The most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation.In the case of small components,the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease or sludge, then pre-cleaning with DEGREASER ( RXSOL OB 1005 ) is necessary. Depending on the extent of scaling, use a solution of 2.5-10% RXSOL-54-1008-025 . The solution will have a red colour which changes to orange when 85% of the acid has been neutralized , & to colourless  when the solution is totally neutralized. Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 60°C.Neutralised  solutions can be re-activated by adding more RXSOL-54-1008-025  until the red colour reappears.

Fields: Descaling of  Boilers, Descaling  of Diesel Engine Cooling Systems, Condenser, Pipeline collection system, Evaporators, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers,The strength of the acid can be enhanced by adding 1part sodium chloride (common salt) to 20 parts of Descalex.If salt is not available, an acceptable alternative is to dissolve RXSOL-54-1008-025  in sea water. After use of RXSOL-54-1008-025  a  0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh  water should be used for neutralization.

Using Procedure:
After using  RXSOL-54-1048-020, sense all metal surfaces with 0.5 percent of  RXSOL-10-1005, at least 2-4 hour , up to neutral of PH value.

RXSOL-10-1002-210 : is a powerful degreaser for engine rooms and fuel cargo tanks . It is non-toxic which makes handling easy . RXSOL-10-1002-210 mainly  breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering.

Product Application:
RXSOL-10-1002-210 is used in combination with multistage bilge water cleaning systems that include mechanical separation of free oil, emulsion breaking, flocculation and filtration. After dosing, Bilge Water Flocculant breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering. Typical dose rate:  100 – 500 ppm  (0.1 – 0.5 litre/m3 of water)
In a multistage bilge water cleaning system, RXSOL-10-1002-210 is fed undiluted through a dosage pump connected to the pressure side of the oil descaler. The floc tank is fed according to the flow of the bilge water pumped into it. The feed is adjusted in connection with the installation. It is highly recommended for heavy duty degreasing action  , Depending on contamination 5-25% with fresh water.

Dosage:- Dose rate and results will vary depending on the amount of contamination . For light contamination dilution with water up to 1:20 is recommended whereas medium contamination dilution with Petro solvent , And for heavy contamination neat RXSOL CB 2006 is suggested to use.
Procedure of use :- RXSOL-20-2006-025 is  recommended for local cleaning & degreasing of engine rooms, bilges & tank  tops. It may be applied by brush, spray, immersion, soaking, or  any  other  conventional  means.RXSOL-20-2006-025 is used  neat. Allow a residence time of at least 20- 45 minutes where  possible, to ensure good penetration & emulsification. Finally wash the system with hot water & high pressure.The emulsion residue after cleaning must be allowed  to separate  in a holding tank for at least 3-5 hours before passing through an oily water separator.
Tank Cleaning after Mineral Oils/ Lube Oils / Slope-Black Oil
1 ) Fill the tank with 1-35 litres per ton wash water.Best results are obtained when water is heated to a   temperature  between  65°C & 80°C  then  stripped  constantly and transferred  to a holding  tank  for  separation.The time for this will vary depending on amount of RXSOL-20-2006-025  used & nature of oil being cleaned.Generally,12 hours should be sufficient before the water phase can be removed.
2) Direct Cleaning.Spray directly RXSOL-20-2006-025 on tank surfaces to be cleaned, left  for at least 30  minutes.Finally wash with a hydrogating (high pressure) machine. Hot water between 50°C & 80°C recommended.
