Required Materials :::

• Transparent Polythene bags of a suitable size to fit over the head of the cylinder. For eg. For a 5.5′ diameter cylinder the bag size is approximately:- 9′ open width x 12′ length. And For a 4′ diameter cylinder, bag size is approximately 6.5′ open width x 12′ length. And For a 3.5′ diameter cylinder, bag size is approximately 5.75′ open width x 12′ length.
• Elastic bands of a suitable size to tighten Polythene Bag on Cylinder Head to Make sure there are no air gaps in the seal.
• A measuring cylinder, 25 ml capacity.
• Test Solution –  RXSOL-66-6201-500, The solution shall be stored in a cool place in dark coloured glass bottles with a tight fitting screw cap. If so stored the shelf life is approximately 12 MONTHS.

Using Procedure:
Testing Method :
First of all clean the valve and shoulder of the cylinder  to make sure connecting portions are free from dust and other contaminants by carefully wiping using a clean, dry cloth. Remove the dust cap to clean the valve then replace the cap loosely.
 Then Lay down the cylinder under test on its side in a rack, such that the valve end is protruding.
Testing procedure begins by Using measuring cylinder to take 25 ml of the RXSOL-66-6201-500 test solution into a polythene bag, Pl. be note A control quantities of sample is necessary, which is made by introducing 25 ml of test solution. Then follow these step :::
1) Attach the open end of the bag over the valve head and attach it to the cylinder body. Tighten Polythene bags using one or more elastic bands. Make sure there are no air gaps in the seal. And also try to hang the polythene bag minimum 20 cm off the valve end of the cylinder with the test solution in one corner.
2) Maintain the test for a period of not less than 4 hours and not more than 4.5 hours.

Final Observations
1) The presence of a leak of carbon dioxide from the cylinder will cause the pink colour to the test solution to be lost and the test solution will become water white.
2) If no colour change is observed there is no leak of gas from the cylinder.

Urea, also known as carbamide, is an organic compound with chemical formula CO(NH2)2. This amide has two –NH2 groups joined by a carbonyl (C=O) functional group.
Urea serves an important role in the metabolism of nitrogen-containing compounds by animals and is the main nitrogen-containing substance in the urine of mammals. It is a colorless, odorless solid, highly soluble in water, and practically non-toxic (LD50 is 15 g/kg for rats).  Dissolved in water, it is neither acidic nor alkaline. The body uses it in many processes, most notably nitrogen excretion. The liver forms it by combining two ammonia molecules (NH3) with a carbon dioxide (CO2) molecule in the urea cycle. Urea is widely used in fertilizers as a source of nitrogen (N) and is an important raw material for the chemical industry.

RXSOL-70-7004 is specifically intended for treatment and reduction of corrosive smoke , carbon and soot deposits formed on exhaust valve seats and turbocharger components.  It is a  most advanced fuel oil treatment for modern steam generating units that burn Bunker- ‘C’ or lighter distillates. It is completely soluble in fuel oils and disperses Atomic Manganese throughout the firebox. Lower the freezing point and stop problems caused by the diesel freezing  wax solid in lines. The most important role of RXSOL additives is to restrict crystallization of wax at cloud point of fuel .
In general at lower temperature paraffin content of fuel  started to crystallize and form tiny lumps of crystals which prohibit flow rate, Good emulsification through RXSOL-41-8977-025 restricts crystallization process in fuel tank.

Product Application:
The Cloud Point of a gasoil is the temperature at which the first paraffin-precipitation can be observed. In order to lower the Cloud Point of a gasoil normally a blend with kerosine (containing no paraffins) is made to comply with the required characteristics. As sometimes very small adjustments are required of only 2 degree Celsius lower, we can advise the use of a Cloud-Point-Improver.
Using Procedure:
Cold flow improver mixed properly in fuel to dissolved wax present. It should be added to a tank before the fuel is put in so that mixing takes place. Pouring it in the top of a tank in which the wax has dropped out of the diesel is a waste of time.
Mixing Condition :::  Must avoid mixing of RXSOL-41-8977-025 at cloud point of fuel.  Mixing suitable conditions is atleast 5 to 10 °C above the cloud point of FUEL.

R-410A is a near-azeotropic mixture of difluoromethane (CH2F2, called R-32) and pentafluoroethane (C2HF5, called R-125), which is used as a refrigerant in air conditioning applications. Unlike many haloalkane refrigerants it does not contribute to ozone depletion, and is therefore widely used. Carrier Corporation was the first company to introduce a R-410A-based residential air conditioning unit in the marketplace in 1996. Now R-410A is the preferred refrigerant for use in residential and commercial air conditioners in Japan and Europe, replacing R-22.

Product Application:

• R410A Refrigerant is widely used as a refrigerant in many air conditioning applications, usually packaged in rose colour cylinders.
• Due to the nature of R410a properties which is of a HFC (hydrofluorocarbons) refrigerant, it does not has any ozone depletion potential (Zero ODP) and thus introduced as a greener choice for R22 for use in both residential and commercial air-conditioning products.
• The manufacture and use of refrigerants in air-conditioners that cause ozone depletion and global warming are regulated under the Montreal Protocol and the Kyoto Protocol. Eventually conventional refrigerants such as HCFC (example R22) will be abolished within 2030 in both developed and developing countries.
• Demand for R410a refrigerant and other HFC will gradually increase because of it’s lower environmental burden.

R-410A cannot use R-22 service equipment because of higher operating pressures (approximately 40 to 70% higher).
While R-410A has negligible fractionation potential, it can't be ignored when charging.
To avoid fractionation as the system is charged and for optimum system performance, the correct type of cylinder has to be used for charging - if a cylinder with dip-tubes are used, R-410A can be charged while the cylinder is upright. However, if the cylinder doesn't have dip-tubes, it should be kept upside-down.

RXSOL-70-7005-050 is a dry powder compound formulated for safe removal of soot and deposits from boilers and diesel engine exhaust systems.

Product Application:
If deposits are allowed to form on heat exchangers, the loss of efficiency can be directly related to extra fuel consumption. A 1 mm deposit is approximately equivalent to a 10 % efficiency loss, a 3 mm deposit can reduce efficiency by up to 50 %. The normal ignition temperature of soot is around 600*C. This means that it is burned only in the hottest parts of the boiler or diesel exhaust systems. Due to the catalytic action of soot Remover, the ignition temperature of the soot / deposit is reduced to less than 280 *C. The carbon deposits are thus ignitted, leaving an easily removed ash.
Using Procedure:
Directions for Use and Dose Rates
Soot Remover should be introduced to the boiler through a suitable port, preferably with a blower, ensuring that the powder is spread through the flame path towards the back of the combustion chamber. For Diesel engines, inject Soot Remover directly into the exhaust system upstream of the area to be treated.
It provides greater fuel efficiency, but also prevents acid formation in areas where severe corrosion could result in expensive damage, i. e. heat exchangers, super heaters, economizers, exhaust paths / stacks.
Soot Remover Liquid should be introduced to the boiler through a suitable port, preferably with an injector, ensuring that the liquid is spread through the flame path toward the back of the combustion chamber.

RXSOL Cold Flow Improver and Pourpoint Dispersant is a versatile product to improve the flow in winter (Low temperature). This also reduced risk of fuel waxing and solidification. This product reduces pour point and cold filter plugging point (CFPP), by an average of 15°C and 10°C respectively. This brings about many safety and financial benefits to the end user.
Benefit :

• Maintain pumpability, filterability and operability, avoiding fuel starvation and loss of propulsion
• Improve reliability of lifeboats and other emergency equipment
• Treat MGO storage tanks, may reduce or even eliminate heating requirements  

Product Application:
A distillate fuel paraffin.The paraffin  are quite large molecules and have a tendency to come together and form larger structures as the temperature drops in the fuel. The paraffin can also be referred to as wax and a fuel with high wax content will have a tendency to cause wax formation at higher temperatures. Once the wax particles have formed they are difficult to dissolve back into the fuel. The RXSOL Cold Flow Improver and Pour Point Dispersant stopped to make the particle in fuel and maintain its flow rate.
Using Procedure:
RXSOL Cold Flow Improver and Pour Point Dispersant should be dosed to the fuel tank prior to filling. The recommended dosage is one litre to one thousand litres of fuel (1:1000 or 1000 ppm). In case of poor response, dosage can be increased to one litre to five hundred litres of fuel (1:500 or 2000 ppm)

Please note: The dosing temperature should always be at least 5oC above the measured cloud point of the fuel.
