RXSOL 666 is surfactant base highly concentrate Product specially designed to clean Tank Container , Cargo Tank which are carrying Heavy Aromatic , hydrocarbon solvent and, natural Latex etc. Rxsol 666 due to strong concentration provides a quick penetration and powerful reaction to remove stubborn hydrocarbons and other organic deposits, from all types of surface. It is an ideal Product to Clean Tank container, cargo Tank , latex Surface etc. .

Product Application:
Using Procedure:
Rxsol 666 is covering 10-12 square meter are when spraying directly. It is advised to use a solution of 2-5% wash water mixed in the tank to be cleaned. Dose rates and results will vary depending on contamination, the temperature of the cleaning solution, and number of tanks to be cleaned with the solution.
Spot  cleaning
Rxsol 666 can be sprayed neat onto tank surfaces to be cleaned. The contact time should be at least 30 minutes. Bulkheads/walls can be washed down by use of tank washing machines or high pressure cleaning machines. The best result is achieved with warm water. Slops should be constantly stripped from the tank and transferred to a holding tank or pumped ashore to slop tanks.

Rock and Roll method (Cargo Tank)
Cleaning of double bottom tanks during voyages.
Flush tank with sea water, stripping constantly.
After flushing, ensure all suction and discharge valves in the engine room are closed.
Dose tank with Rxsol 666 through the sounding pipe or manhole between 0.5 – 1 litre per ton of water, for   75-80% of the tank's capacity to be cleaned.
Fill the tank to 25% capacity with sea water, raise the temperature up to 60°C and maintain this for 24 hours.
Discharge and strip tank, flush with sea water, stripping continuously for 2 hours.
To gas-free, fill the tank with sea water to overflow through vents and sounding pipes, discharge and strip completely.

Use of this product will clean and remove water spots and mineral deposits, rust, grease and oil, and soap scum from bathroom surfaces safely and effectively. This clear, colour, pleasantly scented, non-viscous food grade acid detergent is formulated for the cleaning and maintenance of toilet bowls, urinals, wash basins, porcelain and ceramic tile, sinks, shower stalls, chrome faucets and fixtures, glass shower doors, stainless steel bathtubs, and water fountain basins.

Product Application:
Apply product at appropriate dilution concentration with a hand trigger sprayer, plastic pump up sprayer, hose foaming sprayer, sponge, cloth, bowl swab or brush. Allow the surface to remain wet for 2 to 3 minutes, then agitate the surface with a brush, swab or sponge. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry to restore luster and to minimize water spotting.

Very effective and quickly dissolves gum, wax and tar from rugs, carpets, and upholstery without staining or obnoxious fumes. Also useful for parts washing and equipment cleaning, and general all purpose degreasing, use as is. On heavy tar and asphalt accumulations, allow this orange degreaser to penetrate for several minutes. For lighter cleaning, use diluted this orange tar remover with mineral spirits.

Product Application:
Effectively it can be used to clean and degrease concrete or masonry easily. The emulsifiable formula assures fast penetration of deposits flush with a hose to wash away-emulsified dirt and grease.

Using Procedure:
This citrus degreaser or citrus cleaner uses the cleaning ability of D-Limonene from orange peel extract. The orange degreaser or citrus floor cleaner cleans heavy grease or oil from floors. This orange floor cleaner rinses with water.  This natural citrus degreaser works great as a  floor adhesive remover. Dilute with water for spray and wipe orange cleaner.
To degrease and deodorize dumpsters and garbage cans, dilute this orange cleaner up to 1:20 with warm water. In kitchen areas, use it undiluted on heavy grease and carbon buildup, or add it to mop water for extra power on greasy dirt. Deodorizes as it cleans, too! Just add 1 to 3 ounces of this natural citrus degreaser per gallon of warm water along with your regular detergent for a great smelling orange floor cleaner.

RXSOL Zyme MSD Bio is a concentrated biologically active powder formulation containing a blend of patented bacterial strains, specifically developed to deal with sewage wastes. It is packed as water soluble sachets (Solupac).
RXSOL-15-1546-020 is formulated to degrade excess residual organic waste products causing blockage, or slow draining in sinks, showers, scuppers, drains, etc. The specialised bacterial strains and enzymes in RXSOL-15-1546-020 will digest grease, fats, starch and other organic compounds. The bacteria in RXSOL-15-1546-020 will colonise the waste soil, which lines the pipe work system, and degrade the waste all the way down to carbon dioxide and water, until the system is clean. On draining to the holding tank or sewage treatment plant, RXSOL-15-1546-020 will greatly enhance the biological activity breaking down solids and removing obnoxious odours which can vent back through the systems.

Directions for use
Pipe cleaning
Maintenance dosing will keep sinks, scuppers and waste food disposal units clean, clear and odour free. A liquid solution should be prepared by adding one solupac to 10 litres of hand hot (35°C) fresh water and left for 15 minutes (stirring periodically) for the bacteria to activate. Initial doses of 0.5 litres of this solution should be applied into sinks, scuppers, drains, waste food disposal units, etc. A maintenance dose once or twice a week can then be applied to keep the pipes in clean condition. Harsh toxic cleaners (acids, caustics, disinfectants) should not be used as these will kill off the bacterial action in the pipes. Before plumbing work for pipe modification or retrofits, pipes can be cleaned by isolating the system and filling pipes with the solution for up to 48 hours before draining. If necessary, further applications should be made until drains run clean.
Holding tanks
Organic wastes can be kept liquid and pumpable. Tanks can be cleaned without manual entry and without the use of harsh toxic cleaning chemicals. Prepare a solution of one solupac to ten litres of hand hot (35°C) fresh water and leave for 15 minutes (stirring periodically) before dosing into the holding tank once or twice a week. The dose rates should be approximately one solupac per 1000 litre waste in the tank. Tank cleaning should be carried out using RXSOL-15-1546-020.

Scale Lime Cleaner DE Limer Machine Descaler : RXSOL-15-1052-025
An active lime scale remover to remove alkaline salts and water scales from automatic dishwashing machines. KITCHEN & BATHROOM CLEANER , lime water dissolves hard and old limescale deposits from your appliances. It extends the life of the appliance and saves running cost. It can be used in appliances such as Washing Machines, DishWashers, Geysers, Steam Iron, Coffee Makers, Bath Tubs, Bathroom Fixtures etc.

• It is a blend of surfactants, chelating agent, organic thickener, quaternary halide, phosphoric acid and perfume.

Product Application:
The correct quantities of RXSOL-11-1052-025 requirement for descaling will depend upon the character and thickness of scale deposits.  For regular de-scaling of dish washing machines prepare a 2 - 4% solution with cold water, and fill the tank just below the overflow level, heat the mixture and allow the machine to run until lime scale deposits disappear. Apply full strength to highly contaminated  areas where spray does not reach.  Drain the tank and fill with cold water and run the machine for 5 minutes and flush with water until the outlet water shows neutral  pH.  Good results are obtained when descaling is done at 60 Deg. C.
Dip tank method can be used for brightening aluminum, stainless steel equipment and utensils.  Prepare a 3 - 5% solution of RXSOL-11-1052-5   with water and soak the utensils for a while to obtain a bright surface.  Wash thoroughly with cold water and rinse dry.

Using Procedure:
PROCEDURE FOR SCALE CLEANING for HOUSE HOLD :: —
1. Combine one part water and one part with RXSOL-15-1052-5 . Place the mixture in the pot, kettle or coffee maker (where you normally put water).
2. Bring the diluted RXSOL-15-1052-5 solution to a boil in pots and kettles. Turn the stove off once the mixture comes to a boil. Allow the mixture to cool in the pot or kettle overnight.
3. Empty the RXSOL-15-1052-5 solution from the pots the following day. Scrub away any remaining lime scale using a mildly abrasive cleaning pad.
4. Run a cycle on coffeemakers so that the RXSOL-15-1052-5 solution works through all parts of the machine, then run clear water through the machine two or three times to flush out any RXSOL-15-1052-5 residue.

TYPICAL METHOD :–   HOW TO CLEAN KETTLE SCALE ?
That unsightly white, chalky substance in your kettle is called lime scale. It is a result of built-up calcium deposits that occur when water with high calcium levels evaporates, like when you boil water in your kettle. Although lime scale is not harmful, if you don't wash it out, it can build up and eventually clog your kettle's spout.
PROCEDURE :
Fill the kettle with a half cup of  RXSOL HA 1008.
Add two cups of water.
Heat the kettle until the liquid boils. Let it boil for a few minutes.
Empty the kettle.
Rinse the kettle with fresh water. Repeat Steps 1 through 4 if any lime scale remains on the kettle.
Wash the kettle before you use it.

RXSOL-11-1052-5 is a mild descaling liquid suitably designed to remove lime, food films and water scales from metallic and plastic surfaces in food processing operations.  It attacks the built up calcium, magnesium or iron scales instantly and removes the scales.  It finds extensive applications in de-liming machines, steam tables, cleaning stainless steel and iron equipment, floors, shower stalls, tiles, walls or any surface to be cleaned from scale deposits.  It contains a mixture of liquid acids inhibited to arrest its attack on metals. It will not attack plastic, hard metal or any other surfaces, if used as directed.

3 Pieces of Good Advice:-Apply RXSOL-15-1501-LS on dry surface where possible!A dry surface will absorb far better than a wet surface.When applying RXSOL-15-1501 on vertical surfaces:Start application from the bottom and work upwards.If beginning from the top and going downwards, the SYNDET may produce ‘channels’ down the surface, thereby running too fast off the surface. During high pressure cleaning: It is important that the rinsing water does not run over non-cleaned surfaces! The rinsing water can draw soap from the surface if running over non-cleaned surfaces. High pressure together with optimum concentration of SYNDET will give the best effect.
Cleansing Action Of RXSOL-15-1501-LS:-When RXSOL-15-1501-LS  water is poured over the skin or  dirty  garments(Cloth )  the  hydrocarbon Tail  of the SYNDET molecules peg in to it, while the  HEAD is held in water.The dirt or grease layer is then dislodged from the skin by rubbing or from garment by tumbling  and stirring. Each grease globule thus separated in PIN  CUSHIONED by hydrocarbon  TAILS with (-ve) HEADS out wards in water. The (-ve) HEAD globules keep apart by mutual repulsions & are said to have emulsified.The emulsified grease globules bearing dirt can be readily washed with water.
