The chemical compound trichloroethylene is a halocarbon commonly used as an industrial solvent. It is a clear non-flammable liquid with a sweet smell. It should not be confused with the similar 1,1,1-trichloroethane, which is commonly known as chlorothene.
Groundwater and drinking water contamination from industrial discharge including trichloroethylene is a major concern for human health and has precipitated numerous incidents and lawsuits.

Product Application:

• Trichloroethylene is an effective solvent for a variety of organic materials.
• It has also been used as a dry cleaning solvent, although replaced in the 1950s by tetrachloroethylene (also known as perchloroethylene), except for spot cleaning where it was used until the year 2000.
• Trichloroethylene was marketed as 'Ecco 1500 Anti-Static Film Cleaner and Conditioner' until 2009, for use in automatic movie film cleaning machines, and for manual cleaning with lint-free wipes.
• TCE has also been used in the United States to clean kerosene-fueled rocket engines (TCE was not used to clean hydrogen-fueled engines such as the Space Shuttle Main Engine).
• TCE is also used in the manufacture of a range of fluorocarbon refrigerants such as 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane more commonly known as HFC 134a. TCE was also used in industrial refrigeration applications due to its high heat transfer capabilities and its low temperature specification. 3.Use agitation or longer soak times for heavily soiled Items,
4.Wipe dry with a clean cloth, or use forced air to accelerate evaporation. A thin film of  RXSOL-10-1744-025  will evaporate completely in 5-8 minutes.
5.Repeat stops 1-4 as needed.

• It contains hydrocarbons. If ingested, do not induce vomiting.
• Its fumes are non toxic, non narcotic and have a fresh citrus odor. Use in areas having at least normal room ventilation.
• It is minimally irritating if splashed into eyes, Wash, eyes with water for 15 minutes.
• It is combustible under specific conditions not encountered during normal use. Keep away from open flames and ignition sources. Use recommended cleaning procedures.

A 12% solution is widely used in waterworks for the chlorination of water and a 15% solution is more commonly used for disinfection of wastewater in treatment plants. RXSOL-16-3006-210 is a superior & powerful alkaline cleaner containing corrosion inhibitors to prevent the corrosion of   metals . Concentrated, anionic detergent or manual and ultrasonic cleaning. Free rinsing to give you reliable results without interfering residues. Ideal for cleaning contaminants from glassware, metals, plastics, ceramic, porcelain, rubber and fiberglass. Excellent replacement for corrosive acids and hazardous solvents. It is a low toxic product with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily  matter & having good foaming qualities. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents, Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials .It is specially formulated for ultrasonic cleaning applications.
Corrosion inhibited formulation recommended for glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, rubber and fiberglass. Can be used on soft metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc and magnesium if rinsed promptly. Corrosion testing may be advisable.

Using Procedure:
Make a fresh 1% solution (2 1/2 Tbsp. per gal., 1 1/4 oz. per gal. or 10 grams per liter) in cold, warm, or hot water. If available use warm water. Use cold water for blood stains. For difficult soils, raise water temperature and use more detergent. Clean by soak, circulate, wipe, or ultrasonic method. Not for spray machines, will foam. For non abrasive scouring, make paste. Use 2% solution to soak frozen stopcocks. To remove silver tarnish, soak in 1% solution in an aluminum container.
RINSE THOROUGHLY preferably with running water. For critical cleaning, do final or all rinsing in distilled, deionized, or purified water. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water. Used on a wide range of glass, ceramic, plastic, and metal surfaces. Corrosion testing may be advisable.

RXSOL – PWS compound is specifically  formulated for use in recirculating  parts washer equipment.  This product provides an economical and effective method for cleaning metal parts while being gentle on the hands.  Grease, oil, dirt, sludge, grime, ink, light carbon and similar soils are dissolved with minimal soaking and brushing.  Machine shops, garages, factories, industrial repair shops and automobile make ready facilities will find this product to be an ideal compound for use in their recirculating parts washer units.

Product Application:

• This product contains corrosion inhibitors to protect metal parts that have been cleaned with this product.  These special inhibitors will stop parts from rusting and help protect parts if they are stored for long periods of time.
• RXSOL-10-1727 contains skin conditioners to condition your skin if it comes in contact with this product.  P W S contains no chlorinated solvents or other CFC that are known to harm the environment.

VOLC white Mullti Clean :RXSOL-10-1083-025
A concentrated oil and grease solvent and emulsifier. Penetrates, dissolves and flushes away dirt , temporary coatings from metal and painted surfaces as well as wax, dirt, oils, greases from machinery, floors and equipment.  Emulsion Degreaser will not flash ignite below its boiling point (210 degrees F.) and is self extinguishing.
Its POLYMER formulation provides multi metal corrosion protection for 24-48 hours

Product Application:

• Biodegradable, Heavy-duty temporary coating, grease and sludge remover
• Effective cleaner for  for light oils and greases
• No reaction with painted surfaces, Non-flammable
• High Viscous liquid that will cling to ceilings and vertical surfaces in a ready-to-use formulation
• Dilution ratio up to 0.5% also gives good results for cleaning.
• Its Polymer based formulation gives corrosion protection on cleaned metal parts

Using Procedure:
Spray or mop Emulsion Degreaser over surface to be cleaned. If grease buildup is thick, score with a wire brush and mix with cleaner. Allow Emulsion Degreaser to stand for 10 minutes then hose off with water, preferably a pressure washer type system. Emulsion Degreaser can be used as a presoak or pretreat prior to cleaning with steam. For milder soils Emulsion Degreaser can be diluted with 10 parts of water. This dilution can be used in tanks or for swabbing off surfaces. Emulsion Degreaser can be used safely on ferrous metals and is excellent for degreasing concrete floors prior to painting. It can also be used on engine blocks, chassis, machinery and shop floors.

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING :
1st step ::: Apply full strength or diluted ( 40 part water and 60 PART RXSOL ) It can be sprayed with an airless, pot agricultural sprayer. Always test wet film coverage on a neutral surface before beginning.  Let the product stand (wet) for 2-6 minutes, depending on the film thickness of the product to be removed and the length of time that the coating has cured. Reapplication may be required.

2nd step ::: For Removal of product and coating ::: use POWER WASHER with Pressure: 50-300 psi (3.4-21 bar) Temperature: 115o-160oF (46o-71oC)
If the coating is not removed completely repeat step 1.

3rd STEP :::
For Cleaning Engine Blocks or Heavily Greased/Soiled Equipment:
1. Repeat step 1 above. The solution may be diluted to increase penetration. Let the product sit for 5-20 minutes.
2. Repeat step 2 above.
3. Repeat process as necessary until greased/soiled equipment is clean.

Material Safety
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. For contact with skin, flush with water. For contact with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If swallowed, drink two glasses of water and induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention. After vomiting, give water, milk or solution of sodium dichromate in water (1 teaspoon per quart). Do not give anything to an unconscious or convulsing person. Caution, contains heavy aromatic naphtha.

RX-SOL Calcium Propionate :
Calcium Propionate (also known as E282) is the calcium salt of propanoic acid. It is used as a food preservative and is commonly found in commercial bread and other baked goods. However, it can also be found in processed meat, whey, and other dairy products. It meets the specifications of the Food Chemicals Codex and is generally recognized as safe (GRAS). As a bread preservative, it helps keep baked goods fresher longer by preventing mold and bacterial growth. While you might find good mold in certain cheeses, moldy bread is never a good thing.
Calcium propionate is a preservative commonly used in baked goods around the world. It works to extend the shelf life of baked goods by preventing mold and ropy bread bacteria growth.

Product Application:

• As a food additive, it is listed as E number 282 in the Codex Alimentarius. Calcium propionate is used as a preservative in a wide variety of products, including but not limited to: bread, other baked goods, processed meat, whey, and other dairy products.
• Calcium propionate is used in bakery products as a mold inhibitor, typically at 0.1-0.4% (though animal feed may contain up to 1%). Mold contamination is considered a serious problem amongst bakers, and conditions commonly found in baking present near-optimal conditions for mold growth.
• Children were challenged with calcium propionate or placebo through daily bread in a double‐blind placebo‐controlled crossover trial.
• Calcium propionate can be used as a fungicide on fruit.
