This product is a highly useful for rapid removal of acid-soluble debris, Hard water deposition, Alkaline films and residues may be effectively removed from stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic tile, grout, sinks, bathtubs, shower stalls, windows, and cooking equipment with regular use of this product, thereby eliminating the need for expensive, time-consuming procedures. Product Description:- RXSOL-20-2006-025 is an all purpose degreaser emulsifiers, It is an excellent blend of powerful solvent base and emulsifying inorganic products .Specially designed for engine room and cargo tank cleaning .Main feature of RXSOL-20-2006-025 is, it finally dissociate slop emulsion to separate oil and water .This provide us with ability to dispose of waste solution as per MARPOL & IMO rules and regulation .
Dosage:- Dose rate and results will vary depending on amount of contamination . For light contamination dilution with water up to 1:20 is recommended where as medium contamination dilution with Petro solvent , And for heavy contamination neat RXSOL CB 2006 is suggested to use.
Procedure of use :- RXSOL-20-2006-025 is recommended for local cleaning & degreasing of engine rooms, bilges & tank tops. It may be applied by brush, spray, immersion, soaking, or any other conventional means.RXSOL-20-2006-025 is used neat. Allow a residence time of at least 20- 45 minutes where possible, to ensure good penetration & emulsification. Finally wash the system with hot water & high pressure.The emulsion residue after cleaning must be allowed to separate in a holding tank for at least 3-5 hours before passing through an oily water separator.
Tank Cleaning after Mineral Oils/ Lube Oils / Slope-Black Oil
1 )Fill the tank with 1-35 litres per ton wash water.Best results are obtained when water is heated to a temperature between 65°C & 80°C then stripped constantly and transferred to a holding tank for separation.The time for this will vary depending on amount of RXSOL-20-2006-025 used & nature of oil being cleaned.Generally,12 hours should be sufficient before the water phase can be removed.
2) Direct Cleaning.Spray directly RXSOL-20-2006-025 on tank surfaces to be cleaned, left for at least 30 minutes.Finally wash with hydro-gating (high pressure) machine. Hot water between 50°C & 80°C recommended.

BARRIER HOLD COAT is a highly effective Eco-friendly Product blending of natural ingredients which is provide thin temporary film on Hold Surface to protect corrosion. This is making barrier between corrosive cargo like Sulfur, Salt, Petcoak, Cement etc and Hold surface .It can be easily applied by vessel crew before loading. BARRIER HOLD COAT is effectively prevents stains and footprints of cargoes adhering to the surfaces of cargo holds and causing corrosion and are difficult to clean. Therefore, cargo holds can be kept clean with much less effort and cost.The main advantage of BARRIER HOLD COAT is that it forms a water soluble cargo hold barrier that can be removed very easily, even with the use of cold sea water. BARRIER HOLD COAT is safe to the environment and to the personnel handling it, and will not contaminant the cargo. It is non-corrosive and safe on all coatings. BARRIER HOLD COAT acts as a barrier and release agent between the cargo hold surface and the next cargo. It should be applied on clean surfaces.
Other Important materials , which help to control corrosion on metal surface. Chemically SULPHUR producing STRONG acid in presence of moisture under excess of temperature, Freshly prepared acid during the reaction rapidly damaging steel surface. Product Application:
The cargo hold surfaces should be as clean and dry as possible before treatment. Barrier Hold Coat is supplied at ready-to use concentration and may be applied directly from the drum. Spray the liquid on the cargo hold surfaces by the use of suitable low-pressure spraying equipment. As soon as the surface appears water wet, a proper film is created; do not apply more than necessary. Barrier Hold Coat will cover 15-20 m2 / Ltrs. Allow the film to dry completely before loading the cargo. Depending on air temperature and humidity this will take 1 to 2 hours. After reloading, apply a 2 - 5% solution of a cleaning agent in water to avoid re-deposition of contaminants, and finally flush with clean, high pressure water. Suitable cleaning agents like Rxtuff, Rxtuff High Foam or Aquabreak Rx.
After flushing with water, let the surfaces dry and then repeat the treatment with applying Barrier Hold Coat before next cargo.

Half fill boiler of Coffee Machine with water and boil. Unplug electrical connection and slowly add the one spoon powder contents of RXSOL-11-1052-050. Leave for just 10 minutes chemically developed RXSOL particle will dissolves hard and old lime scale deposits from surface of appliances. It extends the life of the appliance and saves running cost. Kettle (suitable for all types of kettle including plastic).
Half fill kettle with water and boil. Unplug and slowly add 1 spoon of RXSOL-11-1052-050 . Leave for just 10 minutes and see how effectively Oust removes limescale.
Coffee Makers
Half fill water reservoir and add 1 spoon of RXSOL-11-1052-050, Leave for 10 minutes and filter solution through.
Steam Irons (Check manufacturer's instructions before use)
Heat iron until it is hand hot and then unplug. add 1 spoon of RXSOL-11-1052-050 in a jug and pour into iron's water chamber, top up with and set to steam. Leave for 10 minutes for solution to drain through steam holes.
Shower Heads
Detach shower head or sprinkler nozzle and place in jug. add 1 spoon of RXSOL-11-1052-050 into jug and add hot water. Leave for 10 minutes.
To keep appliances good-as-new and running efficiently, descale every 3 months in hard water area and every 6 months in soft water areas.
Using Procedure:
Fast Effective – Removes Prevents build up of Limescale – Specially Formulated Descaler. This product is all purpose descaler.
The steam boiler which has solid mass of mineral deposits approximate mass calculation will help to use proper volume of RXSOL-11-1052-050 Descaler.
For home appliances , brewing shop 1 – 3 Table spoon is sufficient to clean.
As for the other parts, The RXSOL-11-1052-050 works more quickly with hot water than cold. Try using RXSOL-11-1052-050 with the hot maintain the temperature. And give sufficint time to dissolve mineral deposits in some cases complete dissolving may reuqire bath water above 100F over night period.
Home application:
Around two tablespoons to a liter of water is a 'normal' mix. You could go 3 or 4 tablespoons for heavier scale. When I do my every 6 months descale I use the 2 tablespoons per liter mix and it works just fine. Hot water is more aggressive so when you put all the parts in a tub to descale, put your water and RXSOL-11-1052-050 in a bit stock pot, bring it to a low boil then dump it in your tub with the parts.
Al most forgot, do not use an aluminum pot or Teflon coated. Use stainless. The acidic part of RXSOL-40-1048-025 will eat up the aluminum and may blister the Teflon.

A high strength commercial descaling fluid to attack stubborn lime scale caking inside dish washing machines and other stainless steel equipment within the commercial catering environment. Descaler must be diluted before use using a 30ml 5lt pelican pump.
Dishwashers/Glass washers
Switch off the electronic wall mounted dosing equipment (if applicable).
Dilute Descaler with up to 20 parts water depending on the degree of scale build up and add directly into the wash tank. For best results, heat water up to working temperature and circulate until all scale is removed.
Drain solution, refill and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Drain again and refill with clean water.
Tea Urns
Fill urn with water and add 10 plunges of Descaler via 30 ml dispensing pump fitted to 5lt container.
Allow approximately 1 hour contact time. If necessary, agitate scale with green scouring pad to remove stubborn heavy scale deposits.
Drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Floors & Hard Surfaces
If you live in a hard water area and your water supply is untreated, routine floor & hard surface cleaning may leave scale deposits that will periodically need to be removed.
Dilute Descaler with up to 20 parts water and wash the floor or surface as you would under normal circumstances. Always rinse the floor or surface after descaling and clean again using the appropriate cleaning product.

A powerful penetrating mixed chemical products to remove heavy coal deposits. Additionally, it may also be used to remove mineral deposits and eliminate bad odors in tanks and other closed systems.

Soak Method:-
It may be used concentrated or diluted with water, depending on the degree of contamination, the surface area to be treated, the desired degree of cleaning and the available downtime.Actually, the user is the best one capable to regulate the quantity and concentration to be used for the situation at hand.In any case, when the accumulation is not heavy, a 50% solution with water must be used. Otherwise,RXSOL-22-2201. can be used undiluted especially when deposition is heavy and hard spots persist.
Cleaning Procedure
Conventional cleaning methods such as a brush,hard sponge, thick and hard broom and /or a mop can be used on heavy duty and hard stain deposits.Note that for heavy accumulations the cleaning procedure might be necessary to be repeated until the results are satisfactory. Furthermore, is important to keep in mind that 1 litre of RXSOL-22-2201 is sufficient to cover a surface area of 8-10 square meters.
NOTE : Let this product soak into the surface for 30-45 minutes. Then using a high-powered spray washer blast the surfaces until the stains and discoloration is gone.

RXSOL-18-1014-025 is a special blend of advanced technically pure various organic solvents & penetrating agents.
RXSOL-18-1014-025 functions via a unique dual mechanism the penetrating agent reacts with paints components whilst the organic components reacts with metals to form protection film.
Product Application:
This is paint thinner. Designed to improve the flow of a range of alkyd and oil based products. Can also be used as cleaner for pumps and tools before and after painting. THINNER is a mixture of esters, glycol, alcohol, and aromatic solvents suitable to all nitro products. It is manufactured for reducing lacquers before they are applied by different methods. Quickly reduces the consistency of the lacquer to the required degree. Improves film smoothness of lacquers when applied either by spray or dipping thus extending excellent finish.
Using Procedure:
USE :Adequate ventilation should be provided when this materials is used & solvent resistant gloves & protection clothing should be worn. If there is any danger of splashing a face shield or goggles should be worn.
ADVANTAGES :- Reduced maintenance time. Does not attack Steel, Copper, Aluminium, Other alloys.

FIRST AID & STORAGE :- Contact with skin can cause serious chemicals burns .Avoid contact with skin & eyes.Wear PVC gloves while handling.
Do not take it internally. Splashes of the product or its solutions on the skin or clothing should be washed immediately with copious amounts of water . If the eyes are affected should be washed with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention immediately. Keep drums tightly closed when not in use.
