Using Procedure:
A plumbing detergent designed to dissolve clogs pipes. Dissolves everything except glass or metal without damaging the piping.
Directions for Use and Dose Rates :-
The most effective method is circulation for large systems or components likeboilers, evaporators, condensers, heat exchangers and generally closed systems that have the capability to circulate at a temperature of approximately 40-60°C, for 6-12 hours and solutions of 10-40% of Drain Scale Remover in water. Keep in mind that the strength of the solution is analogous to the degree of  deposition of scale .
In case of small components , the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all  clean the system with  RXSOL OB 1005.
Drain Scale Remover  should be mixed with fresh water  to form a  solution  of  10-30%, depending  on  the extent of scaling.
After using Drain Scale Remover  it  is essential to  thoroughly  rinse all metal surfaces at least once   with  a 0.5% solution of  Alakleen Liquid or Liquid Soap in  fresh  water.  This  solution  should  be  circulated for 2-4   hours  or  until  an acceptable pH value is obtained. This  will  neutralize any remaining acidity  &  passivate  steel  surfaces. Drain Scale Remover should not be used  on  Aluminium, Zinc, Tin,  or  any  Galvanized  Surfaces  for  which  a special grade cleaner should be used.

Methyl Benzoate is an organic compound. It is an ester with the chemical formula C6H5CO2CH3. It is a colorless liquid that is poorly soluble in water, but miscible with organic solvents. Methyl benzoate has a pleasant smell, strongly reminiscent of the fruit of the feijoa tree, and it is used in perfumery. It also finds use as a solvent and as a pesticide used to attract insects such as orchid bees.

• It can be used as the solvents of cellulose esters, cellulose ethers, synthetic resins and rubber as well as the dyeing auxiliary agent of polyester fiber. It can be used for the preparation of flavors.

• Methyl benzoate is an ester. Esters react with acids to liberate heat along with alcohols and acids. Sodium Selenite also known as a Disodium salt of Selenious Acid is a white solid, highly soluble in water, solubility in water : about 85 gms /100ml @ 20°c., but not soluble in ethanol. It has the Mol. Formula Na2SeO3 with Selenium having (+4 )oxidation state. It is prepared by the action of Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) on Selenious Acid ( H2SeO3).

• Together with the related barium and zinc selenites, sodium selenite is mainly used in the manufacture of colorless glass. The pink color imparted by these selenites cancels out the green color imparted by iron impurities.

Non-fuming, economical, low odor, no boil up, no backflash, harmless to pipes, rubber and septic tanks.  This powerful, highly concentrated, ready to use, alkaline drain opener and maintainer may be used to clear clogged drains of organic matter, hair, paper, grease, and oils.  As a drain maintainer, it can keep drain lines clear and free flowing and reduce offensive odors which are emitted by rancid matter in the drain lines.  This alkaline drain opener works by saponification of grease and oil, turning them from hard, insoluble matter into soft, soapy- like material which is soluble in water.  Note:  Do not use this product with any other type of chemical.

• Obtain an empty mayonnaise jar, and enough Crisco, or bacon grease to fill jar up 1/3 of the way.
• Add water to Crisco or bacon grease so jar in now 2/3 full.  Add enough Power Plunger to raise contents of jar by 2 inches.
• Within 10 to 15 minutes, the product will turn grease into a soft liquid material.

2.Allow to stand for up to 15 minutes.
3.If the blockage has cleared, carefully flush the pipe work with water. If drainage is slow, repeat the process.
In the event of the blockage not clearing, a drainage engineer/plumber should be contacted. Ensure that they are warned that the drain contains a concentrated acid solution.

D'Limonene is obtained as a product of the citrus . It is the major component of the oil extracted from the rinds of citrus fruits. D'Limonene is lighter than water, and is usually colorless This product has a boiling range of 310-352 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a flash point of 119 degrees Fahrenheit and is considered a combustible liquid. It is not soluble in water. Depending on the composition, d-limonene can dissolve in solvents and surfactants.

Product Application:

• As a straight solvent, d-limonene can replace many types of products such as fluorinated and chlorinated organic solvents, acetone, MEK (methyl ethyl ketone), mineral spirits, glycol ethers, and toluene. Since it is not water soluble, it can be used in typical water separation units. Straight d-limonene can be used in spray systems, as a wipe cleaner, in a dip bath and is a direct substitute for most other organic solvents.

Using Procedure:
As a water dilutable and rinsable solution, d'Limonene must first be combined with a surfactant. These products are mostly used in household and institutional settings in place of caustic and other water-based cleaners. Both pre-diluted solutions of d'Limonene/surfactant or concentrated solutions which need to be diluted before use can be made. The use concentrations of d-limonene are usually 5-15%. Usually these solutions are used as wipe cleaners or as a spray. It can also be used in industrial settings where a water rinse for parts washing is desired to remove any residue which may remain.

Solvent-resistant gloves should be worn when working with d-limonene. The best gloves to use are Nitrile, although Viton and polyethylene film gloves will work. d'Limonene has been classified as a slight skin irritant, because it can remove naturally occurring oils from the skin. This has not been shown to cause lasting damage.
Used straight, d-limonene can cause a certain amount of swelling of polymers, so any plastic materials must be chosen carefully. This includes equipment seals made of rubber, such as Buna-N, EPDM (ethylene-propylene diene terpolymer) or Neoprene. It is compatible with Viton. It can delaminate carpet backing. d'Limonene is biodegradable, but due to its low flash point, it must be treated as hazardous waste for disposal.

• Dust and erosion control: Magnesium chloride is one of many substances used for dust control, soil stabilization, and wind erosion mitigation. When magnesium chloride is applied to roads and bare soil areas, both positive and negative performance issues occur which are related to many application factors.
• Catalyst support: Ziegler-Natta catalysts, used commercially to produce polyolefins, contain MgCl2 as a catalyst support. The introduction of MgCl2 supports increases the activity of traditional catalysts and allowed the development of highly stereospecific catalysts for the production of polypropylene.
• Magnesium chloride is used for low-temperature de-icing of highways, sidewalks, and parking lots. When highways are treacherous due to icy conditions, magnesium chloride helps to prevent the ice bond, allowing snow plows to clear the roads more efficiently.
• Nutrition and medicine: Magnesium chloride is used in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical preparations.
• Cuisine: Magnesium chloride is an important coagulant used in the preparation of tofu from soy milk.
