Sodium Acetate Trihydrate is a moderately water soluble crystalline Sodium source that decomposes to Sodium oxide on heating. It is generally immediately available in most volumes. All metallic acetates are inorganic salts containing a metal cation and the acetate anion, a univalent (-1 charge) polyatomic ion composed of two carbon atoms ionically bound to three hydrogen and two oxygen atoms (Symbol: CH3COO) for a total formula weight of 59.05. Acetates are excellent precursors for production of ultra high purity compounds, catalysts, and nanoscale materials.
Product Application:
Sodium acetate trihydrate is commonly used in several applications. A formulation with ethanol may be used for precipitation of nucleic acids. Often used in the preparation of gel stains for protein gel electrophoresis. Effective as a buffer with Acetic acid (sc-214462) in the range of pH 3.6 - 5.6. Studies on microbial pili suggest that sodium acetate suppressed K99 production in E. coli strains cultured on a minimal medium. Experiments have shown that when added to food waste composting systems, sodium acetate may be effective at counteracting the adverse effects of organic acids produced in the composting process.

RXSOL Flocculant is a very effective liquid treatment based on Poly chloride to separate oil residues from bilge water. It is iron-free, and is completely safe to the environment.
Flocculating agents are chemical additives that cause suspended solids to form aggregates called flocs. These agents are used in water treatment, municipal and industrial waste treatment, mineral processing, and papermaking. Flocculating agents are either inorganic salts or water-soluble organic polymers. They act by shrinking the ionic double layer, or neutralizing the surface charge of suspended particles, or bridging between particles.
Note : The product is to be used as a secondary flocculant along with the cationic primary flocculant for separator effluent oily water unit. the waste water is then treated in an air floatation unit.
Product Application:
International environmental regulations set strict rules as to the oil content in effluent water from ships. To meet these regulations, a combination of mechanical and chemical cleaning is necessary. Bilge Water Flocculant is used in combination with multistage bilge water cleaning systems that include mechanical separation of free oil, emulsion breaking, flocculation and filtration. After dosing, Bilge Water Flocculant breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering.
Using Procedure:
Typical dose rate: 100 – 500ppm (0.1 – 0.5 litre/m3 of water) In a multistage bilge water cleaning system, Bilge Water Flocculant is fed undiluted through a dosage pump connected to the pressure side of the oil descaler. The floc tank is fed according to the flow of the bilge water pumped into it. The feed is adjusted in connection with the installation and normally needs no alteration. If required, dosing can also be controlled by measuring the level in the container.

Mixed Bed resins, a mixture of cation and anions are used as polishers to obtain low conductivity water. Typically, low conductivity water is required for bolier feed for high pressure boilers, electronics, electrical discharge cutting machines and pharmaceutical applications.
Mixed Bed can also be used as a primary deionisation unit when the inlet salt is low. Mixed Beds also find applications in process industry where demineralization of pH sensitive products is to be carried out.
Mixed Bed Resins can be supplied in highly regenerated, premixed conditions for use in dye applications or they are also available as highly regenerated cations and anions for use in regeneratable mixed bed units. Premixed Resin is available in different proportions and combinations of cations and anions to suit the end of users needs.
NOTE: Mixed Beds are generally used in applications where water of very low conductivity is desired.

Each application requires a different water quality. In general cation resin for water softening and demineralization may last 5 to 10 years. Anion resins used in demineralization last anywhere from 3 to 5 years and are dependent on operational conditions. Like every other resin, the life of mixed bed resin is dependent on the application in which it is being used. Resin life is difficult to predict; in critical applications it's best to start analyzing and benchmarking the resin at least once per year

A defoamer or an anti-foaming agent is a chemical additive that reduces and hinders the formation of foam in industrial process liquids. The terms anti-foam agent and defoamer are often used interchangeably.
DEFOAMER is a stable white emulsion formulated to quickly eliminate foam in recovery tanks of hot and cold water soil extractors, automatic shampooing equipment, and floor scrubbers.

FAST ACTING:
Excessive foam greatly inhibits efficient recovery and continuous equipment use. As a consequence, it is important that a defoaming product work rapidly. After extensive analysis and testing of various raw materials, a silicone component was chosen as the primary ingredient for DEFOAMER due to its ability to quickly attack the surface tension of foam. As a result, rapid and total elimination of excessive foam is achieved within seconds of exposure to DEFOAMER.
SUPERIOR DEFOAMING EFFICIENCY:
Utilizing the Modified Bikerman Foam Control Test, DEFOAMER was tested against 18 competitive defoaming products currently being marketed. In every instance, DEFOAMER exhibited far superior foam knockdown and elimination.
STABLE:
Unlike the vast majority of available defoaming products, DEFOAMER is a stable emulsion and will not separate. The product will withstand 3 freeze/thaw cycles without adverse effects to the defoaming efficiency.

DEFOAMER is non-corrosive and will not harm equipment. Formulated with environmental needs in mind, DEFOAMER is phosphate free.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Some individuals may be sensitive to ingredients in this product. Before using, read product label and MSD sheet. Wet floors may be slippery. Prevent pedestrian traffic with signs or barricades.
1. Shake well before using to insure uniform dispersion.
2. USE FULL STRENGTH. DEFOAMER is ready to use. No mixing or diluting is required.
3. Add 1 oz. DEFOAMER per each 5 gallons of recovery tank or sink capacity for elimination of normal foam condition.
4. When carpeting has undergone previous and repeated shampooings, for maximum defoaming efficiency, spray
DEFOAMER into recovery hose and onto sides of recovery tank prior to extraction.
5. When foaming is excessive, using your Spartasprayer, spray DEFOAMER directly onto foam in recovery tank as needed.

POWDERED ACTIVATED CARBON :-
Powdered varieties of Activated Carbon are used in liquid phase application primarily for removal of undesired color, smell and other impurities in many types of industries Including basic drugs, fine chemicals, glucose, sugar, electroplating plasticizers and so on. Quite often, powdered carbon is washed with acid and then, repeatedly with water & dried to minimize impurities like soluble ash-iron, heavy metals etc. Activated Carbon is Invariably used in a batch process at the penultimate stage of manufacture of a product. A pre-determined quantity of activated carbon is added to a solution and after stirring for a certain contact time mostly at elevated temperature carbon is filtered out or to get sparkling color free solutions from which product are recovered. it is pertinent to mention that use of powdered activated carbon apart from decolonization imparts several other benefits like longer shelf life, truer, and bolder crystals, closer melting and boiling points etc.

Sodium Chlorate :RXSOL-91-2977-050
Sodium Chlorate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula NaClO3. It is a white crystalline powder that is readily soluble in water. It is hygroscopic. It decomposes above 300 °C to release oxygen[4] and leave sodium chloride. Several hundred million tons are produced annually, mainly for applications in bleaching pulp to produce high brightness paper.
Product Application:
The main commercial use for sodium chlorate is for making chlorine dioxide (ClO2). The largest application of ClO2, which accounts for about 95% of the use of chlorate, is in bleaching of pulp. All perchlorate compounds are produced industrially by the oxidation of solutions of sodium chlorate by electrolysis.
Herbicides: Sodium chlorate is used as a non-selective herbicide. It is considered phytotoxic to all green plant parts. It can also kill through root absorption.
Chemical oxygen generation: Chemical oxygen generators, such as those in commercial aircraft, provide emergency oxygen to passengers to protect them from drops in cabin pressure. Oxygen is generated by high-temperature decomposition of sodium chlorate:
Oxygenless combustion: Sodium chlorate can be mixed with sucrose sugar to make a highly explosive fuel, similar to that of gunpowder, that burns in airtight spaces
Product Note:
Due to its oxidative nature, sodium chlorate can be very toxic if ingested. The oxidative effect on hemoglobin leads to methaemoglobin formation, which is followed by denaturation of the globin protein and a cross-linking of erythrocyte membrane proteins with resultant damage to the membrane enzymes.

Safe Acid Descalex Powder :RXSOL-54-1008-025
Fast and effctive scale remover. It is a superior heavy duty POWDER containing accelerators, corrosion inhibitors & wetting agents with scale dissolver. Specifically formulated to remove rust and water scale build up from boiler evaporators, heat exchangers, cooling systems, pipeline collection system etc. Highly effective on heating. Safe and easy handling and storage.

RXSOL-54-1008-025 is a dry acid cleaner formulated to remove rust and scale deposits from boilers, diesel engine cooling water systems, condensers, evaporators, calorifiers and heat exchangers.
This product is compatible and suitable with aluminum, copper, zinc, galvanized metals, steel boilers etc.
Powder Acid for Removal of Scale and Rust
An acidic cleaning powder with a sulphamic acid base and a corrosion inhibitor that is particularly effective for removing calcium carbonate and other inorganic scale deposition. We are manufacturing this product with various colour code indicator to get proper uses and actual dose requirement by understanding change of colour during cleaning operation.

Suitable and very popular product for DESCALING of high and low pressure boilers, Heat EXCHANGERS etc. Its corrosion inhibitor blend PROVIDE metal protection
This is mixed with fresh water 3 to 20 percent depending on deposition of scaling. After using SA-1008, sense all metal surfaces with 0.5 percent of RXSOL-54-1008-025 at least 2-4 house , up to neutrial of PH valve.
Procedure-of-use: The most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation.In the case of small components,the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease or sludge, then pre-cleaning with DEGREASER ( RXSOL OB 1005 ) is necessary. Depending on the extent of scaling, use a solution of 2.5-10% RXSOL-54-1008-025 . The solution will have a red colour which changes to orange when 85% of the acid has been neutralized , & to colourless when the solution is totally neutralized. Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 60°C.Neutralised solutions can be re-activated by adding more RXSOL-54-1008-025 until the red colour reappears. This should not be done more than twice. RXSOL-54-1008-025 should not be used on Aluminium , Zinc, Tin or Galvanized surfaces.

Evaporators, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers:
The strength of the acid can be enhanced by adding 1 part sodium chloride (common salt) to 20 parts of Descalex. This enhancement of the cleaning solution, however, should not be used when descaling diesel engine cooling water systems. After use of Descalex a 0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh water should be used for neutralisation.
