Calcium oxide (CaO), commonly known as quicklime or burnt lime, is a widely used chemical compound. It is a white, caustic, alkaline, crystalline solid at room temperature. The broadly used term "lime" connotes calcium-containing inorganic materials, in which carbonates, oxides and hydroxides of calcium, silicon, magnesium, aluminium, and iron predominate. By contrast, quicklime specifically applies to the single chemical compound calcium oxide. Calcium oxide that survives processing without reacting in building products such as cement is called free lime.

Aluminium Cleaner : RXSOL-16-1028-025
Specifically to brighten oxidized aluminium siding on industrial buildings to remove oxidation deposite. Contains wetting agents and emulsifiers to aid in the removel of road film and to give a uniform brightening of aluminium surfaces. The use of this product reduces the time required to brighten a trailer The detergents used in this product are biodegradable. environmentally friendly and ideal cleaner for aluminium, non ferrous metals and stainless steal.
Product Application:
You can easily remove soiling containing oil-carbon, grease , calcification or layers of oxidation on aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, chrome or high-grade steel. Nonferrous metals are lightened up. Deposits of iron ( Fe ) on chrome steel are removed, the surface is neutralised and the chrome layer is protected. A protective anticorrosion layer is formed on aluminium. The inhibitors protect iron parts against acid and prevent unnecessary influences on the structure of the non-ferrous metals.
Where you can use RXSOL-16-1028-025 for the removal of oil carbon, the cleaning of oil coolers and heat exchangers as well as soiling and calcification from radiator fins; inside and outside for the removal of layers of oxidation and to lighten up non-ferrous metals. for cleaning aluminium surfaces, containers, tanks, trucks, truck bodies facades and all devices or parts made of aluminium. for cleaning copper, bras and bronze. In the immersion bath: for cleaning radiators, engine heads and drives. for cleaning aluminium, bras or copper parts. for cleaning high-grade steel tools and instruments. for removing rust from iron, neutralisation ( passivation ) Ultrasound supports and accelerates the cleaning effect.
Using Procedure:
DIRECTIONS: Dilute with 5 to 50 parts of water Apply working from the bottom up (Applying from the bottom up avoids streaking) Do not allow to dry on the surface Rinse area before starting on to the next area Do not use on aircraft. On anodized or highly polished aluminum, magnesium, glass or ceramic. If contact is made rinse off immediately with water.
RXSOL-16-1028-025 contains no complexing agents therefore your water treatment system can function undisturbed and optimally precipitate heavy metals.
RXSOL-16-1028-025 does not contain chlorinated hydrocarbons such as TRI – or perchlorethylene. Therefore, no closed or cooled systems are necessary for immersion cleaning.
Immersion bath: mix 1 : 5 with water, immerse parts for 10 to 60 minutes. immerse heavily soiled oil coolers, finned radiators, engine heads with radiator fins etc., for 1 to 5 hours – overnight the longest. Rinse well with high-pressure cleaner, pulse-spray or hard JET of water. Immersion bath – also in > through-feed mode< can be heated. Warm water speeds up the cleaning process. Bath temperature aprox. 40° max. 60° C. Every increase of the bath temperature by 10°C reduces the cleaning time by about half.
Example:
20°C = cleaning time aprox. 60 min.
30°C = 30 min.
40°C = 15 min.
Ultrasound bath: Ultrasound considerably speeds up the cleaning process
Fist rule: Per 100 litres of cleaning solution you need about 1 kW transmitting power. These baths can also be heated. For the external cleaning of radiator fins: First remove severe soiling with industrial vacuum.
Dilute RXSOL-16-1028-025 with water at a ration between 1 : 3 and 1 : 10, depending on the degree of soiling, apply with sprayer. Let sit for approx. 15 to20 minutes. Wash with steam cleaner or high-pressure cleaner. Clean air channels slowly and systematically with nozzle held vertically to the air fins. ( Make sure you observe instructions of the cooler manufacturer with regard to maximum pressure; otherwise the fins may bend or the radiator may be damaged. high- pressure cleaners – approx. 80 bar max. Compressed air for blasting: approx. 6 bar. ) For cleaning surfaces and appliances, depending on the degree and kind of soiling, dilute with water at a ratio of 1: 3 to 1 : 20. apply, let sit – rinse well. For cleaning anodised surfaces use a ratio of 1 : 3 to 1 : 30. For removing layers of oxidation and lightening on non-ferrous metals, use a ratio of 1 : 1 to 1 : 3. Rinse parts of surfaces well after treatment. Soiling is removed and subsequent treatment, e.g. varnishing, is not effected. A shiny gloss will appear on aluminium and brass. Copper and brass can quickly develop a natural patina. Oiling or treating with clear lacquer or with RXSOL-16-1028-025 preserves its gloss. Due to the versatile possibilities of use, our information sheets can only offer advice according to our best knowledge. We can not accept liability for damages. DERUSTING SOLUTION is a Liquid Acid, Surfactant, and Corrosion Inhibitor based product primarily designed to simultaneously clean and remove rust from steel and iron parts. This product is also effective in removing flux, heat scale and other oxides from steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminium in immersion and hand-wipe cleaning applications.
Product Application:
DERUSTING SOLUTION is also suitable for preparing steel and aluminium surfaces for painting in immersion (Vat) or hand-wipe applications. Use of DERUSTING SOLUTION for cleaning, rust removal or pre-paint preparation must be followed with a fresh water rinse and drying. If used prior to painting, parts should be painted after the drying step.
For parts cleaning, rust removal and surface preparation prior to painting in automotive and industrial applications.

Equipment : Customer Owned Machines Immersion (other common terms – Vats, Dip Tanks, Hot Tanks).
Note: Tanks (Vats) should be made of stainless steel (304, 316, or 347), ceramics or other acid proof materials. Heating elements should be made of stainless steel, impervious carbon or graphite. Do not use Monel equipment, lead or rubber lining in tanks.
Soils : Light to moderate grease and oil. Light to heavy rust, heat scale, flux, and other oxides.
Operating Instructions:
Immersion: Use 5% to 25% volume with water at room temperature to 160ºF. Follow the cleaning step with fresh water rinsing and drying. The higher the concentration and heat, the faster the rust removal. Immersion time depends on the degree of soil and amount of rust to be removed. Hand Wipe: Use 10% to 50%/volume added to water at room temperature to 120ºF. Apply with clean rags, wipes or brushes. Allow the Rust Remover to soak on part surfaces for several minutes before wiping or brushing for improved results. Follow with fresh water rinsing then dry the parts.

Rust Kleen 999 RX DERUSTING SOLUTION : RXSOL-35-3502-025
RUST Kleen 999 RX (DERUSTING SOLUTION) is a Liquid Acid, Surfactant, and Corrosion Inhibitor based product primarily designed to simultaneously clean and remove rust from steel and iron parts. This product is also effective in removing flux, heat scale and other oxides from steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminium in immersion and hand-wipe cleaning applications.
Product Application:
RUST Kleen 999 RX (DERUSTING SOLUTION) is also suitable for preparing steel and aluminium surfaces for painting in immersion (Vat) or hand-wipe applications. Use of Rust Kleen 999 RX (DERUSTING SOLUTION) for cleaning, rust removal or pre-paint preparation must be followed with a fresh water rinse and drying. If used prior to painting, parts should be painted after the drying step.
For parts cleaning, rust removal and surface preparation prior to painting in automotive and industrial applications.
Dose:
Equipment : Customer Owned Machines Immersion (other common terms – Vats, Dip Tanks, Hot Tanks).
Note: Tanks (Vats) should be made of stainless steel (304, 316, or 347), ceramics or other acid proof materials. Heating elements should be made of stainless steel, impervious carbon or graphite. Do not use Monel equipment, lead or rubber lining in tanks.
Soils : Light to moderate grease and oil. Light to heavy rust, heat scale, flux, and other oxides.
Operating Instructions:
Immersion: Use 5% to 25% volume with water at room temperature to 160ºF. Follow the cleaning step with fresh water rinsing and drying. The higher the concentration and heat, the faster the rust removal. Immersion time depends on the degree of soil and amount of rust to be removed. Hand Wipe: Use 10% to 50%/volume added to water at room temperature to 120ºF. Apply with clean rags, wipes or brushes. Allow the Rust Remover to soak on part surfaces for several minutes before wiping or brushing for improved results. Follow with fresh water rinsing then dry the parts.
*Note: Use acid resistant gloves and safety glasses when handling this product. Refer to the product MSDS for complete safety instructions.

Titration Procedure:
Using a pipette, take a 5 ml sample of Rust Remover from the cleaning bath
Put the 5 ml sample into the mixing flask
Add 10 ml of water then stir well to mix
Add 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator
Counting the drops added, add 10N Sodium Hydroxide one drop at a time until the solution turns from clear to purple. Swirl between drops. The number of drops needed is the concentration of the Rust Remover.
Precautions :
Not intended for spray use.
Do not use or mix with chlorine containing cleaners or solutions as chlorine gas can be released.
Will gradually attack steel tanks, heating elements and piping
This product is highly acidic. The product concentrate causes burns of the eyes and may cause burns of the skin.
Handling : Keep away from sparks or flame. Do not breathe dust or vapors. allowed out of the workplace. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.Wash thoroughly after handling. Acid reacts with water and can splatter acid onto personnel. When diluting, cautiously mix product and water together while stirring
Storage : Store containers in a cool, dry place. Do not pressurize, cut, weld, braze, solder, drill, or grind containers. Keep containers away from heat, flame, sparks, static electricity, or other sources of ignition.

ACC9 is concentrate solvent based water soluble emulsion cleaner for cleaning of Air coolers, Scavenging air systems and turbochargers of diesel engine.
ACC-009 is specified marine and oil field cleaning chemicals to maintain diesel engine charge Air cooler with full work efficiency. ACC9 emulsifie all types of oil-soiled and effectively removes clean all types of contaminants. Product Application:
During the operation, the fins & tubes of the main engine air cooler which become fouled with oil, grease, dust and carbonaceous deposit , which will affect cooler efficiency and damage the system. AIR COOLER CLEANER ACC 9 is specialized and concentrated product which is effectively cleans diesele engine change air cooler whether it is ‘ MANUAL or IN SERVICE.
Using Procedure:
