This is a heavy duty floor polish stripper.
It will remove all kinds of floor polishes with ease. It does not matter whether there is 1 coat of floor polish or 10, GLINT STRIP will remove them quickly and easily.
It can be used on lino, marley tiles, quarry tiles, wood block, etc.
Using Procedure:
How to strip a floor :::—
The purpose of stripping a floor is to remove all the old floor finish off the floor. Over time floor finish can turn yellow and can build a haze. If burnishing or polishing your floor does not correct this, it's probably time to strip your floors and do a new recoat. Stripping a floor can be a quick and clean procedure if you have the correct tools for the job. The use of a good floor stripper will make your life much easier, it's better to have the floor stripper remove the wax rather than using hard labor. Removing old floor finish is basically a three step process:
Apply the floor stripper and agitate it.
Remove the floor stripper from the floor.
Rinse the floor and neutralize the floor stripper.
Procedure:
Make sure that your floor has been prepared for stripping. Clean the floor removing as much dirt and debris as possible.
After you have the floor has been prepared vacuum or dust mop the floor to remove any dust. We recommend that you spray your duct mop with dust mop treatment to remove as much dust as possible. Make sure to remove anything stuck to the floor because this will gum up or rip the floor pad.
Make sure that the floor are you are stripping does not and will not have traffic moving through it. Use warning signs to make sure the area where you are stripping is marked out so that everyone is aware of the area.
Stripping a floor requires a mop bucket, cotton or blended mop, floor machine (175-300rpm's) and a black or hi-pr stripping floor pad. Follow the specifications for applying the floor stripper. Fill the mop bucket up 1/2 way with floor stripper. Dip the mop into the stripper a lightly wring. Break the floor down into 6' by 6' sections and start applying the stripper to the floor at the furthest corner of the room. Apply the stripper in a figure 8 motion overlapping each stroke by about an inch. After you have applied the stripper let the it sit on the floor for 5-7 minutes. This will give the stripper a chance to react with the floor finish.
Next place a hi-pro or black floor pad on your floor machines. When stripping a floor move the floor machine back and forth on the floor overlapping by at least 1 inch on each pass. As the floor finish is removed from the floor it will become duller. You may need to spend extra time on areas with finish buildup. The main traffic area on the floor will have less buildup than low traffic areas.
Once used the floor machine on the 6' by 6' area remove the stripper from the floor using either a blended mop of wet dry vacuum preferably one that has a front mount squeegee. Do not let the stripper finish mixture dry. if the area does dry apply more stripper to reloosen the finish.
After the you have removed the floor stripper from the floor rinse the floor with warm water. Rinse the floor two more times with cold water.
After the third rinse with plain water, rinse the floor with a floor stripper neutralizer. Neutralizer will reduce the white residue left by the floor stripper so that the floor finish can adhere to the floor much better.
After the neutralizer dries check for white residue on the floor using a black towel. If residue still exists rinse one more time with cold water. Once all these steps have been completed check the floor for shiny spots. If shiny spots are evident you may need to re-strip these areas.

RXSOL 27 is a concentrated, neutral, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, waterbased detergent cleaning fluid for cleaning and corrosion inhibition of gas turbine compressors.One operation cleans and protects the engine and also inhibits corrosion.
Blend of non-ionic surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, organic solvents and demineralised water.

Gas Turbine Compressor Cleaning.
Appearance: Clear pale straw coloured liquid with a mild pleasant odour.
Solubility: Completely soluble in water. No agitation required.
Compatibility: Not corrosive or detrimental to any of the materials normally used in gas turbine engines or aircraft components. No adverse effect on synthetic turbine oils.
Using Procedure:
By spray ring or lance in either starter-driver (off-line) or fired (on-line) wash as directed by the engine manufacturers, in the quantities recommended in the engine manual. It is essential during hot wash that the cleaner should leave as little ash residue as possible to avoid blocking turbine blade cooling holes. RXSOL 27 has a maximum ash content of <0.01%, as part of the compliance with OEM specifications for compressor washing fluid.

Uniqueness of RXSOL-40-1048-025 ::: —
RXSOL-40-1048-025 Descaler has the ability to dissolve approximately 1.5kg of calcium carbonate scale per gallon in concentrated form. It does not need to be heated up during cleaning. The uniqueness of this Descaler allows you to clean some equipment while still in operation utilizing a minimum of your own personnel.
Product Application:
RXSOL-40-1048-025 is mixed with fresh water 3 to 20 percent depending on deposition of scaling.
If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all clean the system with degreaser RXSOL-10-1005. RXSOL-40-1048 should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 10-30%, depending on the extent of scaling.
PRECAUTION :::it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of RXSO-20-2005 in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces.
Procedure-of-use: The most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation.In the case of small components,the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease or sludge, then pre-cleaning with DEGREASER ( RXSOL OB 1005 ) is necessary. Depending on the extent of scaling, use a solution of 2.5-10% RXSOL-40-1048-025 .
RXSOL-40-1048-025 ( We have 2 grade 1 is with colour indicator , while other one dont have indicator )
The solution will have a red colour which changes to orange when 85% of the acid has been neutralized , & to colourless when the solution is totally neutralized. Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 60°C.Neutralised solutions can be re-activated by adding more RXSOL-40-1048-025 until the red colour reappears.

Using Procedure:
After using RXSOL-40-1048-025, sense all metal surfaces with 0.5 percent of RXSOL-10-1005, at least 2-4 hour , up to neutral of PH value.

REMOVING LABEL ::: very effective to remove sticky mess of LABEL ( After peeling off the Label ) Also very usefull for removal of vinyl graphics from boats, signs, trucks, and glass, Cleans and removes adhesive caulking and bedding compounds, Cleans glue residues, resin, and hardener.
Fully active cleaner specially formulated for the removal of STICKER & tuff oily stains residues. Sticker removed and cleaning is actived with out the need for Scrubbing or Brushing which can cause mechanical damages to discs and result in poor performance. Field test have shown that RXSOL-15-1017 is very gentle with personnel and on metallic colour surface.RXSOL-15-1017 should always be used at full strength to obtain maximum benefits.
RXSOL-15-1017 is a unique formulation of powerful surfactants and organic solvents.It does not contain any chlorinated solvents of Phenols & has less than 10% Aromatics & surfactants in the product do not contain any alkyl phenol ethoxylates.
Trick :: Before peeling off the label, use a hair dryer to soften the adhesive. The label will probably come off cleanly, but if it leaves a sticky residue, wait for the piece to cool and try removing it with some RXSOL-15-1017 on a soft paper towel or cotton ball. Any residue remaining after using RXSOL-15-1017 should be removed with RXSOL Multi-Surface Cleaner with Vinegar.

Using Procedure:
How to strip a floor :::—
The purpose of stripping a floor is to remove all the old floor finish off the floor. Over time floor finish can turn yellow and can build a haze. If burnishing or polishing your floor does not correct this, it's probably time to strip your floors and do a new recoat. Stripping a floor can be a quick and clean procedure if you have the correct tools for the job. The use of a good floor stripper will make your life much easier, it's better to have the floor stripper remove the wax rather than using hard labor. Removing old floor finish is basically a three step process:
Apply the floor stripper and agitate it.
Remove the floor stripper from the floor.
Rinse the floor and neutralize the floor stripper.
Procedure:
Make sure that your floor has been prepared for stripping. Clean the floor removing as much dirt and debris as possible.
After you have the floor has been prepared vacuum or dust mop the floor to remove any dust. We recommend that you spray your duct mop with dust mop treatment to remove as much dust as possible. Make sure to remove anything stuck to the floor because this will gum up or rip the floor pad.
Make sure that the floor are you are stripping does not and will not have traffic moving through it. Use warning signs to make sure the area where you are stripping is marked out so that everyone is aware of the area.
Stripping a floor requires a mop bucket, cotton or blended mop, floor machine (175-300rpm's) and a black or hi-pr stripping floor pad. Follow the specifications for applying the floor stripper. Fill the mop bucket up 1/2 way with floor stripper. Dip the mop into the stripper a lightly wring. Break the floor down into 6' by 6' sections and start applying the stripper to the floor at the furthest corner of the room. Apply the stripper in a figure 8 motion overlapping each stroke by about an inch. After you have applied the stripper let the it sit on the floor for 5-7 minutes. This will give the stripper a chance to react with the floor finish.
Next place a hi-pro or black floor pad on your floor machines. When stripping a floor move the floor machine back and forth on the floor overlapping by at least 1 inch on each pass. As the floor finish is removed from the floor it will become duller. You may need to spend extra time on areas with finish buildup. The main traffic area on the floor will have less buildup than low traffic areas.
Once used the floor machine on the 6' by 6' area remove the stripper from the floor using either a blended mop of wet dry vacuum preferably one that has a front mount squeegee. Do not let the stripper finish mixture dry. if the area does dry apply more stripper to reloosen the finish.
After the you have removed the floor stripper from the floor rinse the floor with warm water. Rinse the floor two more times with cold water.
After the third rinse with plain water, rinse the floor with a floor stripper neutralizer. Neutralizer will reduce the white residue left by the floor stripper so that the floor finish can adhere to the floor much better.
After the neutralizer dries check for white residue on the floor using a black towel. If residue still exists rinse one more time with cold water. Once all these steps have been completed check the floor for shiny spots. If shiny spots are evident you may need to re-strip these areas.

Aqua Wash Cleaner : RXSOL-15-1018-020
Aqua Wash Cleaner is classified as Ship hold Cleaning chemicals. Aqua Wash Cleaner is a superior degreaser also can be utilized as general purpose cleaning and degreasing agent for removal of oil and residues including salt, coal dust and its residues. Aqua Wash Cleaner contains anionic and nonionic surfactant including the powerful alkaline dispersing agent. Aqua Wash Cleaner can be used on most common metals, synthetic materials, rubber and hardened paints and lacquers.
Product Application:
Due to its powerful detergency effect, Aqua wash immediately start a chemical dissolving reaction to dissolve and removes oil, fat and grease. Its formulation is developed to solve many cleaning problems to use as multi cleaning action as an all-purpose cleaner in the engine room, on deck, Also is used as a tank cleaner.
Using Procedure:
For removal of final coal dust residues, spray neat and leave for 10 - 20 minutes and then pressure wash with fresh or sea water. While for General cleaning: Aqua Wash Cleaner can be diluted to a 2% solution in water for light cleaning. It must be allowed to soak for 1-15 minutes before rinsing with a waterjet. The effectiveness of the product is increased by using water at a temperature of 20 up to 60°C for dilution and rinsing.
Spraying Method: It may be used neat or diluted by up to 50 parts of water, according to the amount and type soil to be removed For contamination, Aqua Wash Cleaner is sprayed on undiluted and left for 20 – 60 minutes. It must then be hosed off with a powerful waterjet, whilst brushing the surfaces.
Direct injection Recirculation method: Dose rate: 0.5 - 5 litres per tonne wash water (0.05 - 0.5%) through tank washing machines
Spot Cleaning. Hand sprayed neat or diluted up to 1 - 5 parts water and left for about 20 - 30 minutes before washing off with water.
Ultrasonic tank cleaning. 50ml: 50 ltrs water (increase as required).
