Typical Cleaning Method :-
Dilute 1-3 parts water and apply with alow pressure sprayer. Leave on coils for 3-7 minutes then flush with water until all foam is removed. If use don built up roofsetc., it is important to make sure all residual cleaner is washed off roof surface after application. If good housekeeping practices are not followed, roof deterioration is possible. If used indoors, strong fumes may cause irritation to sensitive individuals evacuate area if necessary.

RXSOL ANTIFOULANT LIQUID has been developed for the control of fouling by shellfish, micro-organisms and fungal growth in FUEL systems. Its use will discourage the setting of the free-swimming larval form of the molluc. Because of its molecular film-forming properties RX ANTIFOULANT LIQUID will discourage corrosion of metal in the FUEL system.
This products is highly beneficial to prevent growth of ORGANISM like bacteria / fungi in STORAGE TANK of PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
Now a days ULSD fuel is covering maximum fuel demand for Automobile industries, On other hand Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) fuel has more problems with microbial contamination than previous higher sulfur fuels. Since ULSD can no longer carry water dissolved in solution, more water is shedding to the bottom of fuel tanks, creating a life-support system and breeding ground for microbes. Parrafin content has increased as sulfur and aromatics decrease, providing a major food source to microbes. Additionally, sulfur is a natural poison to bacteria and fungus and its reduction has further exacerbated microbial contamination problems in ULSD.

RXSOL-16-1697-003 is a concentrated outdoor condenser coil cleaner and brightener. It effectively foams away stubborn,’baked on’ lint, smoke film, insects, feathers, grass, leaves and other deposits from air cooledcondenser coils. The expanding foam pushes contamination out of the coil and is easily rinsed away with water. In addition to removing contaminants, the RXSOL COIL CLEANER formula effectively restores efficiency and reduces operating cost by removing hidden oxidation from the coil surfaces.

Deep cleaning of outdoor condenser coils to restore efficiency and increase performance of the system.
DILUTION RATIOS:
Because RXSOL-16-1697-003 is highly concentrated, it must be diluted prior to use. Dilution also improves penetration into the coil and increases product performance. Actual dilution ratios will vary according to the application. The following is intended as a general guideline:
Up to 8-10 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active Chem for light cleaning and brightening, when expanding foam is not required.
3-5 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active Chem for foaming action on difficult cleaning tasks.
1-2 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active Chem for use as a high foaming,aluminum finned, air cooled condenser coil cleaner.Use the minimum concentration required to accomplish your task.
Note: Do not use RXSOL-16-1697-003 at concentrations greater than 1:1 (less than 1 part water to 1 part RXSOL-16-1697-003 . Rinse the treated surfaces as well as the surrounding area thoroughly after use.
APPLICATION METHODS:
Low pressure, acid resistant tank sprayers are recommended.
Regardless of application method, avoid inhalation of mist or contact of liquid or mist with skin.
SUGGESTED INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
When handling RXSOL-16-1697-003 or any other strong chemical, be sure to wear chemical imperviousgloves,apron and splash goggles.
Determine required dilution ratio for the specific application. It is recommended to start with a dilution ratio of 10:1 and increase concentration until the desired results are achieved.
As with mixing all acids, place the desired amount of water into the tank and then add RXSOL-16-1697-003
Turn off fans and allow hot coils to cool before applying.
Using plain water, wet both the condenser coil as well as the area surrounding the equipment. Wetting the coil with water aids in product penetration and performance.
Apply the properly diluted product to the coil surface. Whenever possible, apply solution from the outlet side of the coil. Allow product to remain on surface, normally 5-10 minutes. Do not allow product to dry on the coil. Note: In extreme cases, application may have to be repeated to achieve desired results.
If foaming does not occur, check for extreme grease buildup which will slow cleaning process. Foaming may not occur if coil is coated or painted.
Rinse coils, tools and surrounding area thoroughly after completing the coil cleaning process

A very ductile and malleable metal, nickel is perfectly treatable. Nickel oxide in the form of a thin film completely covers the surface of nickel fine and protects the metal from further oxidation reactions. Everywhere Nickel is used as an important element in alloys. It gives the alloys a high viscosity index and increased chemical resistance. Any stainless steel part necessarily consists of nickel. Nickel perfectly soldered hard and soft solders.
In accordance with the standards of nickel cathode plates produced as specified sizes. Thickness may vary from 2 to 20 millimeters. Their width - in the range of 500 to 800 millimeters. The length of the plates can be from 500 to 2000 millimeters. Nickel is mainly produced by electrorefining.

In modern industry Nickel cathodes are used everywhere. Their characteristics and are directly dependent on the quality of the incoming impurities percentage. Mechanical and technological properties possessed by nickel cathodes degrade most sulfur impurities, zinc, lead, bismuth, antimony. For example, sulfide film formed sulfur begins to melt at a temperature of 645 degrees, which causes fragility rolled.
Nickel is used in many specific and recognizable industrial and consumer products, including stainless steel, alnico magnets, coinage, rechargeable batteries, electric guitar strings, microphone capsules, and special alloys. Activated Sludge Acceleration Agent Biostimulation, which employs nutrients to enhance the proliferation of indigenous microorganisms and therefore the degradation of contaminants, is an effective tool for treatment of oil-contaminated soil. Biostimulation promoted the proliferation of bacteria, with Gammaproteobacteria showing the greatest increase. However, the proliferation of fungi was inhibited by the accumulation of the degradation products.

RXSOL Cooltreat is a highly effective corrosion inhibitor for all common metals in cooling water systems.Where most traditional inhibitors react with the metal surface and form oxides that prevent further corrosion, Cooltreat applies a thin and durable layer of protective molecules to the metal surfaces. This technology prevents the continuous build-up of insulating layers on heat transfer surfaces.
For new builds, Rxsol recommends cleaning of the water system before commercing service. The system will always contain small amounts of oil and iron oxides, and this can be easly removed in 1 time with Rxsol Commissioning Cleaner. If the system is corroded or is more heavily contaminated use Rxsol Degreaser HD. Rxsol Safe Acid for removal of metal oxides or scale is recommended.
For systems previously treated with other products, Wilhelmsen Ships Service recommend to drain and flush the system before refilling with distilled water and Cooltreat . The system should be clean and free from scale and corrosion products when starting the treatment.
The use of antifreeze is sometimes required if the vessel is to be laid up in cold areas, Cooltreat can be used in conjunction with glycols for frost protection. If used in conjunction with glycols, It is recommended to increase the product concentration to 8%.
Dosing method
Cooltreat should be dosed to a suitable point in the system. If the expansion tank is used, adequate circulation must be assured.
Dosage and control
Cooltreat should always be present in a concentration of 5% or higher in the system. It is good practice to start with initial dose for an untreated system of 60 litres of Cooltreat /ton. 5% will provide sufficient protection of the system for a period of two to five years under normal conditions provided. To prevent residual falling below minimum level due to loss of cooling water, Wilhelmsen Ships Service recommend to maintain a level of 6% Cooltreat in the cooling system.
The engine manufacturer's recommendations for water quality should always be complied with. Cooltreat provides good protection even with contamination of the system by i.e. inorganc salts.Maintain Chloride levels and other contaminants at a minimum level. Most engine manufacturers recommend a maximum of 50 ppm Chlorides.

OxyTreat 3100 Powder : RXSOL-40-5025-025
RXSOL-40-5025-025 is a catalysed oxygen scavenger in powder form. It is a blend of sodium sulphite and a catalyst. It is recommended for the rapid and complete removal of dissolved oxygen from boiler feed water. RXSOL-40-5025-025 reacts with oxygen to produce sodium sulphate, which contributes to the dissolved solids in boiler feed water. (Na2SO3 + ½ O2 = Na2SO4).
Product Application:
RXSOL-40-5025-025 solution should be dosed continuously. Dissolve the required quantity of RXSOL-40-5025-025 gently in boiler feed water in a separate tank. Dose this solution continuously in the boiler feed water line after the deaerator.
Above 8 ppm of sodium sulphite is required for the removal of 1 ppm of dissolved oxygen from boiler feed water. About 10% to 20% of excess sulphite should be dosed to provide oxygen consuming reserve.

RXSOL-40-5025-025 is mildly alkaline in nature. Normal precautions should be taken while handling solid powders. In case of contact, wash with water. Do not swallow.
RXSOL-40-5025-025 should be stored in a dry condition. Close the container tightly to avoid contact with air.

RAPID REACTION : The catalyst RXSOL-40-5025-025 speeds up the removal of dissolved oxygen. Oxygen can be removed completely even from cold water due to catalytic action. Normal reaction time is as low as 15 to 20 seconds as against 10 to 30 minutes for uncatalysed sulphite.
EASY TO HANDLE : RXSOL-40-5025-025 is a free flowing powder. It is soluble in water even at lower feed water temperature.It is non-toxic and non-corrosive and, therefore, can be handled easily.
PH CONTROL : RXSOL-40-5025-025 is formulated to get proper pH control for optimum availability of catalyst for rapid oxygen removal.
COST EFFECTIVE : The catalytic action reduces the excessive requirement of sulphite in feed water for the rapid removal of oxygen. Thus, the quantity required is lower, making RXSOL-40-5025-025 treatment cost effective.

Cement Remover based on principal of Chemically Back-Set formulation, which converts the positive ions in the hardened matrix into negative ions, which dissolves the cement into mud that can be rinsed away. Because it works chemically, rather than mechanically, Back-Set may be used to remove cured concrete, mortar, grout, and stucco from virtually any surface without harm.

Excellent , concentrated and very effective cement remover with powerful dissolving properties used on cement and bulk carriers.
The hardened concrete is saturated with Back-Set, either with a brush or by spraying. After 15-20 minutes, the area is again saturated with the chemical. The concrete typically begins to soften in 20-30 minutes,and can be rinsed off with water.The amount required for dosage can be obtained BY knowing the deposition composition as well as nature of cement to be removed.5 to 20 % recommended .These are recommended values based on experience. For optimum results dose RXSOL-22-2202-050 directly to the surface .

Undiluted : In cases where we deal with heavy deposit build%u2013up, CEMENT REMOVER must be applied undiluted.
Diluted : In cases of light deposition, on large surface areas, a solution between 10%u201340% may be used.
Cleaning Procedure
Undiluted/Diluted: In parts such as corner cavities, tank skeleton inlets, etc, Apply RXSOL-22-2202-050 through hard brush, mop, sponge or any other manual method. Let it soak for 15 minutes. Afterwards, wash thoroughly by applying high%u2013pressure water source. In case of deposit persistence, repeat the cleaning procedure.

METHOD :::
1.For heavy deposition and thick layers of cement, a concentrated and stronger cleaner will be necessary to cut through the layers of cement.
2.Use a scraper, metal scrubber or flat head screwdriver to remove as much of the cement as possible.
3.For the remaining cement, apply this chemical
4.Once the cement loosens, scrub the area with a scrubber until it is all removed from the surface.
5.Rinse the area well with clean water.
6.Clean the area with alkaline soap and water
7.Flush system completely.

BREATHING PROCESS OF TRANSFORMER:-
Breathing is the process where the transformer Breather-In or Breather our the air from its body due to thermal contraction & expansion of oil mass. When the transformer is loaded or unloaded, the oil temperature inside the transformer tank rises or falls accordingly the air pressure inside the tank changes by either breathing in or breathing out the air. This phenomenon is called "Breathing" of the transformer. Now, the air which is being breathed in contains either dust particles and/or humidity that change the dielectric strength of the oil. For proper functioning of transformer, it is absolutely necessary that dielectric strength of transformer oil remains unimpaired. Hence, it is necessary that, the air entering into the transformer is free from moisture & dust particles.
FUNCTION OF SILICA GEL BREATHER :-
The sole function of Silica Gel Breather is to dehydrate (remove moisture) the air & to remove dust particles of the air breathed in by the transformer.
OPERATION & WORKING OF SILICA GEL BREATHER :
Silica Gel (Air dehydrating) breathers are transparent hollow cylinder tubes which contain chemically pure silicium salt (Silica Gel) with cobalt indicator. This grade of Silica Gel is called as “indicating grade” of Silica Gel.
The indicating grade of Silica Gel, which is filled in the breather, is hard blue crystals, which has considerable absorption power for moisture. Silica Gel absorbs moisture signalling the saturation degree by changing colour as follows.
DEEP BLUE Silica Gel completely dry
LIGHT BLUE Silica Gel partly humid. (Absorbed water for about 15% of its weight)
PINK Silica Gel saturated with moisture. (Absorbed water for about 30 - 40% of its weight)
For proper functioning of transformer dehumidification of Silica Gel crystals & removal of dust particles from breathed air is necessary.
Moisture is removed from Silica Gel crystals by heating it inside a ventilated oven at to 150 C, until the colour becomes deep blue again.
Dusts particles are filtered by the oil in the oil cup.Pressure value for air passage into the breather are: 0.003 Kg/cm inlet or 0.005 Kg/cm outlet.
