Metal Brite is a liquid cleaner formulated to remove rust and dirt stains from metal, wood, tile and painted surfaces. It is effective as a phosphatizer, metal, conditioner or wash primer prior to painting steel surfaces Metal Brite is safe on brass, cooper, aluminium, stainless steel and chrome. It will effectively clean, brighten, and protect metal surfaces from rust. For best results, surfaces to be cleaned should be free of oil and grease. It is excellent as a general purpose cleaner brightener but it is not intended for the removal of heavy rust or scale deposits not for use on zinc or galvanized metals.

Directions for use:
Metal Brite should always be used in a plastic bucket. The acid should always be added to water, never the reverse.
For removal of rust stains and oxide stains on aluminium, brass, copper and stainless steel, apply Metal Brite (after removal of oil and grease) neat with a brush, rag, etc. Wash off after 15 minutes. Repeat if necessary. Do not let Metal Brite dry on surfaces as it may leave a hard white deposit.
For steel surfaces remove oil, grease and old paint. Wet down the entire surface with neat Metal Brite and allow to dry. Second wash may be necessary. Surface should have a grey/white appearance when the Metal Brite is dry. Steel surfaces will have a resistance to rust and will render a good base for paint.
For removal of rust stains on painted surfaces and wood, Metal Brite should be applied at full strength for heavy stains, or diluted to 30–50% for light stains. Allow to soak for 20 to 30 minutes and wash off with water. A second application may be necessary to remove the stubborn stains.

• The production process includes the manufacturing process involves preparing of brine from raw salt. After multiple washing stages the slurry undergoes centrifugation process.
•  The salt cakes obtained at the outlet of centrifuge are devoid of impurities such as iron and other insoluble material. Multiple washing also controls both the impurities (soluble and insoluble) like calcium, magnesium and sand etc.
• These salt cakes are dried in the fluid bed dryer and after sieving for proper granule size and blending of free flowing agent the final product is obtained. The cyclone collects fines which are packed separately.
• The final product has salt content as high as 99.50% in form of NaCI. The entire process is automatic and the salt is produced and packed in most hygienic conditions with highest purity up to 99.50% NaCI content.

Palm Fatty Acid Cleaner is a Strong emulsifier which is specialized for emulsification of Palm oil, which can be used to soften up remove baked on drying oils and also used for cleaning of animal and vegetable oils, fish oils, tall oils, tung oil etc. This product is an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily matter. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents , Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials.For effective cleaning of animal and vegetable oils the first cleaning step is of utmost importance. Vegetable oils are divided in:

• Non-drying products
• Semi-drying products
• Drying products
• Fatty acids Non Drying Products

1. Butterworth the tank with seawater or freshwater with a temperature 20°C. above the melting point of the product to be cleaned. After sufficient pre-cleaning of at least 1.5 hours the temperature can be increased. Drying and Semi-drying ProductsThese are oxidising products and through reaction with oxygen they will dry and harden. Tank cleaning should be executed as soon as possible after discharge. High temperatures (e.g. cleaning or steaming) and heated cargoes in adjacent tanks should be avoided.
2. Butterworth the tank with cold to warm seawater or freshwater.If the product has a higher melting point Butterworth the tank with seawater or freshwater with a temperature maximum 10°C above the melting point of the product.After sufficient pre-cleaning of at least 1.5 – 2 hours the temperature can be increased. Fatty Acids or vegetable/animal oils with high free fatty acid contentsee the cleaning suggestion of Fatty Acids.
3. If seawater was used in step 1 it is of utmost importance to flush/rinse the tank with freshwater before cleaning as per step 3 is continued.
4. (Final cleaning)Prepare the following solution (A) in freshwater :Solution A(emulsification) 0. 4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC Butterworth the tank with the prepared solution for 1, 5-2, 0 hours by recirculation. The necessary temperature can be achieved / maintained by means of heating coils, cargo heat exchanger or Butterworth heater. Depending on the amount of product residues the solution can be used for 1 to 4 tanks.On some vegetable/animal oils it is recommended to saponify additionally the product residues : Therefore prepare one of the following solutions (B or C) in freshwater : Solution B 0.4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC plus 2.5% Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) or Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) Solution C 0.4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC plus 2 – 5% RXSOL AL 2005
5. continuedButterworth the tank with the prepared solution for 1, 5-2, 0 hours by recirculation. The necessary temperature can be achieved/maintained by means of heating coil (service tank) cargo heat exchanger or Butterworth heater.If RXSOL CTC-VOLC is used the cleaning temperature should be 60-700 CIf Sodium or Potassium Hydroxide is used the cleaning temperature should be 600C.If RXSOL AL 2005 Marine is used the cleaning temperature can be 70-800 C. Depending on the amount of product residues the solution can be used for 1 to 3 tanks.
6. Butterworth the tank 1 hour with hot seawater.
7. Rinse the tank with fresh water.
8. Inspect the tank; if white residues or a white film is present (calcium/magnesium soaps or carbonate) Butterworth the tank with one the following solution: 3-5% phosphoric acid and 0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (stainless steel only); or 3-5% nitric acid and 0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (stainless steel only); or 5-10% citric acid and 0,4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (also suitable for Epoxy Coatings) or 2% P3 T1166 Marine and 0,4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (also suitable for Epoxy Coatings) The cleaning temperature should be moderate (50°C.) Use heating coils not the Butterworth heater.
9. Flush the tank with fresh water.
10. Ventilate, mop and dry the cargo tank.

Direction for Use:
Moya Oil is   applied  by  Spraying , Brushing, Soaking, Dipping , Rubbing, or Mopping Spraying  is  used for cold cleaning  interiors of oil storage  tanks or  where surfaces to  becleaning   interior  or oil  storage tanks or  where surfaces to be cleaned are irregular. After spraying  Moya Oil should  be allowed  to remain for 10 to 20 minutes before rinsing. If  dry surfaces  is not  required it is necessary to rinse with water .Brushing and mopping is used with Moya Oil for removing oil from decks piers and other large areas .
Dipping & soaking in unheated  Moya Oil is the most economical way of cleaning small or large parts.Rubbing with a soft cloth or  sponge soaked  with Moya Oil is an easy and quick method of  cleaning larger  parts and painted surface. Steam cleaning can be speeded up by spraying Moya Oil a few minutes prior to steam lancing.

*Dirt, Oil Grease and  Grind  rapidly emulsified  and  rinsed away from Aluminium,  Brass, Steel, Cast iron, Chrome plate , Proceline, Glass, Painted surfaces, Stone, cement & Wood The ingredients incorporated in Moya Oil  has  a much more efficient function .
